二、武进博物馆全年免费开放，观众可凭有效证件(身份证、驾驶证、军官证等)在服务台免费使用：爱心伞、拐杖、婴儿车、轮椅、急救药品、等各类物品。
三、免费参观的展厅：1、一楼“史河流韵”厅;2、二楼“春秋淹城”厅;临展厅1、临展厅2、临展厅3。
四、为保持良好的参观环境，每个开放日接待观众控制在5000人次以内。
五、讲解收费：1—20人，50元/次;21人以上50人以下100元/次。对未成年人讲解不收费。
六、市场化运作的临展实行售票参观，票价由物价局核定。未成年人、老年人、现役军人、残疾人等特殊群体仍实行免费参观。
七、本馆遇有重要设施设备需维修或展厅作调整时，需临时闭馆，届时将预先告示。
