1.Forthecaseof337investigationoftheUnitedStates，tocollect，collateandtranslaterelevantinformation，providebasicfactscontainingjudgments，legalanalysisandconsultingservicesfocusingoninterestsofrelatedparties，andissueawrittenlegalopinion;studyandputforwardcomments.
二、针对美国337调查综合研究事项，提供基本背景情况、法律分析、他国应对策略分析以及应对策略，出具书面报告；研究提出应对策略等。
2.ForcomprehensivestudyoftheU.S.337investigation，toprovidebasicbackgroundinformation，legalanalysis，analysisofothercountries'strategiesandcopingstrategies，issueawrittenreport;studyandputforwardthestrategiesforresponse.
三、针对贸易壁垒调查及应对案件，提供有关国家做法、双多边规则合规性分析、贸易影响、产业影响等，并出具书面报告，研究提出应对策略等。
3.Forcasesofinvestigationoftradebarriersandresponse，toprovidepracticesofrelevantcountries，bilateralandmultilateralrulescomplianceanalysis，impactontradeandindustry，andetc.andissueawrittenreport，studyandputforwardthestrategiesforresponse.
四、针对某一类型或某一国家或某一行业的贸易壁垒从措施描述、涉及产品、对利益影响、法律分析、应对策略等层面开展专题研究，提出书面报告等。
4.Foracertaintype，oracountryoranindustrytradebarrier，tocarryoutmonographicstudyandprovidewrittenreportsfromtheaspectsofmeasuresdescription，involvingproducts，impactonChinesedomesticindustry'sinterests，legalanalysis，andcopingstrategiesandetc.
