为了提升法理水平和办案能力，20多年来朱妙春律师坚持对办案中遇到的前沿疑难法律问题，邀请国内专家和学者进行研讨，如：

朱妙春律师多年来在全国近二十个省、市进行讲学授课、学术交流，为不同地域的企业乃至法律工作者进行知识产权法制宣传，推动当地的知识产权普及。据不完全统计，先后在上海、北京、重庆、浙江、江苏、山东、湖南、河南、云南、新疆、广东、福建、四川、河北、甘肃、陕西、等近20个省、市的法学院和律协讲课。互动交流、传授经验，将办理知识产权案件的经验毫无保留地传授给有志于从事知识产权法律的青年律师，并提示企业家应重视知识产权，以及如何进行维权。
五、做一些公益性的工作
25年来无偿担任鲁迅家属法律顾问，竭力维护鲁迅及其家属的合法权益；
15年来无偿担任中国慰安妇研究中心法律顾问，并作为中华全国律协民间对日索赔指导小组成员，为维护中国慰安妇和中国劳工的尊严以及合法权利提供法律援助。
7年来无偿担任上海浦东新区知识产权调解委员会主任，调解了数十起知识产权纠纷。
