船舶电气设备维护须知CodeforMaintenanceofVesselElectricalEquipment1目的Objectives为了使船舶对电气设备进行正确的操作和有效地维护，以保证船舶电气设备安全可靠地运行，特制定本须知。

Electricalmotorsincludegeneratorgroupandelectromotorgroup.4.1电机在启动前应检查确认Ensurethefollowingbeforestartingelectricalengines电源引入线无松动和碰伤；whetherpowercircuitbecomeflexibleandbumped电机外壳无裂纹、各紧固螺钉齐全、牢固；whetherthereiscrackontheshellofelectromotorandscrewsissecured.电机外壳清洁，不应潮湿，运转无阻碍；shellclean,notwetandnoobstructduringrunning.轴承的磨损程度、轴承内润滑油质量在规定范围要求内，并定期加油；Boththeabrasionextentofbearingandinsidelubeoilqualityarewithintherangeofstipulation,greasinginfixedtime.检查各电机绕组的绝缘电阻值应在规定范围内。
Whethertheresistancevalueofinsulationiswithintherangeofstipulation.电机在运行中应检查轴承、换向器、滑环、绕组、制动器等的温度是否正常，电机各部件的温升在规定范围内；Checkthetemperatureoffollowingpartswhetherinnormalduringoperation,bearing,collector,slipring,coilandbrake.电机在运行中不应有不正常的噪声和振动，定子和转子不得有摩擦；Nonoiseandlibrationandfrictionbetweenstatorandrotorduringelectromotorrunning.电机的电刷、换向器或滑环等不应有不正常的火花，火花在规定范围内；Thereisnotabnormalsparkinbrush,collectorandslipringofelectromotor.电机的工作电流不应超过额定值。
Workingelectriccurrentofelectromotornotexceedtherating.4.2电机在停转的维护Maintenanceofelectricalenginestop停转后应打开电机外壳，检查电机的电刷、换向器或滑环等是否有灼伤、磨损情况；Afterrunning,opentheelectromotortochecktheconditionofbrush,collectorandslipring.用四氯化炭或煤油依此清洁换向器，绕组，轴承，端盖。
并测量各部位的气隙值，确保气隙值在规定范围内；cleaningthecollector,coil,bearingandextremitycoverbycarbontetrachlorideorkerosene,andmeasuringthevalueofgascrack,andensuringthisvaluewithintherangeofstipulation.露天电机在安装时，其端盖应涂上防水膏，并经常电机的防潮和轴承的润滑。
Theextremitycovershouldbewipedbywaterproofglueduringfixingtheelectromotorinordertomoistureproofandlubricatingthebearing.5配电板的维护MaintenanceofElectricityPanel配电板包括主配电板、应急配电板、分配电箱、航行灯信号灯配电箱、充放电板、电工试验板。
ElectricityPanelincludesmainpanel,emergencypanel,branchpanel,panelfornavigationlightandsignallights,charge/dischargepanelandelectriciantestingboard5.1定期检查测量配电板的绝缘电阻值和接地情况。
定期清洁配电板，检查配电板上的铭牌是否齐备，牢固；Periodicalsurveyearthconditionandmeasuretheresistancevalve,scheduledcleanpanelandcheckmarkerofpanelwhetherallreadyandsecure.5.2应定期检测配电板内的继电器、接触器、开关等动作是否灵活、正确、接触良好；Periodicalsurveytheoperationofrelay,contactorandswitchinpanelwhetheragility,rightandtouchingoodorder.5.3定期测量内部线圈温升、各导电设备温度和热态绝缘电阻值是否在规定范围内；Periodicalmeasurethetemperatureofinsidecoil,transmitelectricityequipmentandheatinsulationresistancevalueandcheckitwhetherinrangeofstipulation.5.4定期检查自动空气开关的电动手动操纵装置及机械传动装置动作是否灵活可靠。
特别是发电机主开关与岸电开关连锁的可靠性、与应急发电机开关连锁的可靠性、与均压励磁连锁的可靠性；Periodicalsurveytheagilityandreliabilityofoperationofhand/machinedevicesofautomaticairswitch,specialthereliabilityofconnectorbetweengeneratormainswitchwithshorepowerswitch,emergencyswitchandaveragepressureexcitation.5.5应定期测量试验各种保护电器的动作值和整定值的偏差是否符合要求，动作是否可靠；Periodicalsurveythewarpbetweenactionvalueandfixturevaluewhetheraccordingwiththerequirement,theoperationwhetherisreliability.5.6应定期检查测量各种仪表、报警、指示等是否完整，工作可靠，并符合精度要求。
Periodicalsurveythereliabilityofeverykindgauge,alarm,indicatorwhetherisaccordingwiththerequirementofprecision.6变电设备、灯具、电缆、及各种信号装置和电工仪表等的维护MaintenanceofTransformer,Lamp,Cable,SignalDeviceAndElectricianGauge6.1应定期检测变压器的绝缘电阻值；Periodicalsurveytheinsulationresistancevalueoftransformer.6.2在设备运行时应检查变压器的温升是否在规定范围内，是否有过大的响声；Whetherthetemperatureoftransformerwithintherangeofstipulation,ifnotthereislargenoise.6.3应经常检查船舶各处灯具的接线是否牢固，开关功能可靠，并应定期检查试验船舶应急照明是否正常，确保航行信号功能可靠；scheduledinspectiontheconditionoflampcables,thereliabilityofswitchfunction,andperiodicalsurveyemergencylampandensurenavigationsignalreliability.6.4应定期检测各种电工仪表的精度；Periodicalsurveytheprecisionofelectriciangauge.6.5应定期检查各航行灯的报警装置动作的正确可靠。
定期测量照明分支线和各航行灯、信号灯的热态绝缘电阻值；Periodicalsurveythereliabilityofalarmdeviceofnavigationlight.Measuretheheatresistancevalueoflampbranchcableandnavigationlightandsignallight.6.6经常检查电缆的接头接触是否有短路、断路和接地现象；Ofteninspectioncollectorofcablewhetherbreakoff,cutoffandearth.6.7定期检查测量各种电铃、蜂鸣器、电笛、关闭器和其他信号装置的功能是否正常、可靠。

防止蓄电池过充或过放；Electricianengineersandelectriciansshouldkeepattentiononbatterytemperature,specificgravityofbatterywatertopreventoverchargingoroverdischarging.7.6冬季注意蓄电池保温，防止冻裂。
