本科毕业于上海东华大学财务管理专业，研究生就读于宁诺商学院金融和投资学理学专业。
“我选择这门专业是因为喜欢它的一年制的课程设计。另外，因为我在本科生阶段已经考取了特许公认会计师公会（ACCA）的证书，所以想尝试一下金融等新的领域。”
宝典一：做好入学准备
第二，利用暑期进行职业规划会为我们提供更明确的选择方向。例如，想走审计与财务方向的学生可以选择宁诺的专业会计方向的研究生专业（含实习机会）；对银行、基金、证券感兴趣的同学们可以报考金融类的专业；想做IT及数据分析等工作的学生建议选择商业分析方向的专业；其他的如国际管理、商务等专业则可以适用于更广泛的专业领域中。
第三，持续学习英文。鉴于大多数同学本科阶段以中文为主，为了更好适应全英文的教学，因此可以提前在暑假里做点准备。

在阅读方面：很多同学可能考完雅思就将英语搁置一旁了，建议大家可以在暑期多做一些单词的记忆，多看一些外刊，多看一些原版书籍。感兴趣的同学们也可以借助薄荷阅读、扇贝阅读、英语流利说等App进行学习。
在听力方面：可以在假期里多听TED演讲或BBC听力，培养听力的语感。
宝典二：快速适应研究生学习
第二，多和身边的同学们交流。宁诺的学生团体可以说是藏龙卧虎，背景十分多元化，包括很多有工作经验的或者海外本科的，以及一部分是国际生，大家可以在相互交流的过程中学习与成长。
第三，学会阅读外文文献。建议大家可以不要严格按照顺序阅读，具体可以参照一下知乎上的一些经验帖来培养良好的阅读习惯。
第四，积极参与小组讨论。英式的学习中会有很多学术写作的部分，因此大家可以试着组建一些具有多元化背景的学习小组，多进行思想和知识上的交流和碰撞。在完成小组学术任务时，建议大家积极地参与到每一个环节中，正所谓“主动才会有故事”，但同时也请不要忘记尽量保持组内的一致性。
第五，掌握备考策略。期末考试季总是在论文季之后出现，这让不少同学感到压力山大，但别慌，官网有提供历年真题哦。与此同时，在遇到不懂的地方时多多跟同学交流讨论，多多积极培养独立思考的能力，总是良方一剂。
宝典三：妥善利用宁诺的校内资源
首先，宁诺有比较充足的图书馆资源。大家可以利用充足的线上图书资源进行学术研究；同时，也可以借助线下的讨论室与休闲区域进行小组互动。
其次，学校会为每一个学生安排一位导师。导师们一般会通过一些定期会议的形式对学生的生活与学习方面进行关心与指导。但是这些导师与我们的毕业论文的导师是有所不同的，他们只是在日常的学习方面提供一些引导。毕业论文的导师是需要同学自行寻找的，学校不会直接做统一的分配。大家可以通过线下或邮件的形式来找到自己喜欢的毕业论文导师。

Firstly,weshouldclearunderstandingofthestructureofeachcourse.Inadditiontothecoursesrelatedtoyourownsubject,youcanlearnfromcoursesinotherprogrammes.Inyoursparetime,studentscanattendextracoursesthataccordwiththeirowninterests.
