第4届WZD（2023）纹藏国际纹样设计大赛将继续秉承“纹化自信”的理念，将中国与世界精神、中国与世界文化、中国与世界生活方式、中国与世界设计融合一起，成为具有历史传承和时代精神的纹样传承者、创造者和传播者。
ThethemeoftheWZD2023InternationalPatternDesignCompetitionis'InheritingCulturalGenes,CreatingaDigitalPatternFuture.'TheWZDInternationalPatternDesignCompetitionisnowinitsfourthedition.ThefirstWZDwasthemed'PatternsIlluminated,'thesecondeditionfocusedon'RedPatterns,'andthethirdeditionexplored'PatternsoftheUniverse.'Eachofthethreeeditionsreceivedthousandsofpatternsubmissionsandderivativeworksfromparticipantsrepresentingdozensofcountries.Rigorouslyevaluatedbyinternationalanddomesticjudgingpanels,thesecompetitionsawardedgold,silver,andbronzeprizes,showcasingoutstandingworks.Theeventsandcreationsgarneredextensiveattentionfrombothdomesticandinternationalsocietiesandmedia,resultinginsignificantsocialinfluence,successfullypromotingtheriseandglobaldisseminationofChinesepatterns.

关于“白塔杯”文化创意大赛纹样定向赛道
2023“白塔杯”文化创意大赛由北京市西城区人民政府主办，以“数字新活力，创意新势能”为主题。本届大赛依托西城区“城之源，都之始，河之端”的区域文化特色，以贯彻落实国家与西城区数字赋能文化产业高质量发展要求为核心，以“一轴三化”为赛事标的与办赛发力点，链接“WZD2023纹藏国际纹样设计大赛”联合开展纹样定向征集。传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化，通过纹样解读北京古都的悠久历史和文化底蕴，挖掘西城区特色文化内涵，推动西城区纹样基因库建立，通过大赛再造创新，向世界展示西城魅力。

Submissionsmustbetheoriginalworkoftheauthorandhaveindependentcopyrights.Theymustnotinfringeonthecopyrights,trademarks,oranyotherrightsofthirdparties.Theworksmusthaveapositiveandconstructivenature,withoutdefamingothers,society,thecountry,orreligiousbeliefs.Theymustcomplywithrelevantlawsandregulations.AI-generatedworksarenotallowedforsubmission.Participantswhoincludesuchcontent(orshowsuspicioustendencies)willhavetheireligibilitycanceled.Ifanyadversesocialconsequencesariseasaresult,theparticipantwillbearlegalresponsibilitiesandcompensateforanylossesincurredbytheevent.

InNovembertoDecember2023,thewinningentrieswillbeannouncedonPatternVaultChinaandvariousmajorprofessionalmediaoutlets,andrelevantcertificatesandgiftswillbeawardedduringthisperiod.
1.WZD赛道奖项设置（1）全场大奖：金纹藏奖1名、银纹藏奖1名、铜纹藏奖1名；（2）特别奖：服饰及纺织品组别、文创组别、平面组别、数字艺术组别各设立特别奖；（3）入围奖：作品入围奖（参赛作品的15%-20%）；（4）人气奖：通过线上公示投票选出最佳人气奖25名；（5）优秀指导教师奖：凡组织15人以上的院校机构或指导教师具备评奖资格。
