庞浩杰2010年毕业于沈阳航空航天大学设计艺术学院工业设计系。
大学四年到北京设计公司实习，整个大学四年级在设计公司实习中度过，为今后工作积累了丰富的实习经验。毕业后转正为职业工业设计师。
杰果设计十分注重设计品质与服务质量，自成立以来，设计团队已获得国内外顶尖设计奖项36项。
2020年与冯益茹一起创办了杰果设计的自有设计品牌-杰果文创，其中開山红茶已经上市销售。

我们希望通过工业设计专业赋能企业，让每一件设计作品都是客户满意的一份杰出成果，这个初心就凝结成了公司的名字-杰果设计。
杰果工业设计是一家以“为创新品牌打造变革性产品与体验”为使命的年轻设计团队。
我们得设计服务内包括产品设计、品牌策略、文创产品开发三大方向，目前在南京有战略合作的优质包装厂、在苏州有手板加工厂，在深圳建立的较为完善的供应链管理体系，并入股了一家中型模具及注塑工厂，为合作伙伴的创新产品落地执行保驾护航。

我们的设计与服务流程
杰果设计的服务内容包含四大类：产品设计、品牌策略、包装设计、文创开发；项目早期，我们会仔细倾听以确认具体设计要求并明确与合作伙伴的共同目标，与此同时，在设计实施过程中，在产品定位、销售渠道、用户人群、功能体验、材料特性、成型方式、成本结构等方面做深入研讨，与合作伙伴研发团队保持密切沟通。高效密切的有效沟通是非常重要的。
草图设计是杰果设计团队一直坚持在做的设计研发过程的重要环节，我们会提供大量的手绘草图方案用于跟客户深讨论。在这个阶段会针对产品的定位，用户操作体验，功能排布及成型方式做全面的讨论，草图设计过程中融合了DFM设计理念，每款草图创意方案都会满足基本的制造要求。
杰果设计还会提供手板制作，包装打样等纵深服务，验证设计方案的可行性、操作的舒适性与体验、拆件方式的合理性、硬件排布的合理性、表面处理方式等诸多方面。这是设计研发环节中非常重要的部分，最终我们还会辅助客户对接模具等加工工厂，针对CMF给出整体解决方案，确保设计方案效果的有效落地。
