六、盲人“智能听书机”借阅规则
1、服务对象
持有《中华人民共和国残疾人证》的视障人士。
2、资料提供
①《中华人民共和国残疾人证》原件及复印件。
②身份证原件和复印件。
③如需他人代领时，须提供上述（1）（2）项材料和代领人身份证的原件及复印件。

②读者须妥善使用本设备。如设备出现软件缺陷，操作系统不稳定，按键接触不良等非人为因素导致无法正常使用的，可联系邯郸市图书馆，免费保修；设备主机因摔落、磕碰、故意损毁等人为因素受损导致无法正常使用的，读者需提供修理费用；如设备报废或丢失，读者可以用相同品牌相同版本的新机赔偿，如无法以新机赔偿的，则按设备原价赔偿。
