课程按照“社会性别+”方略,依托女性与自我关系、女性与他者、女性与社会关系反观女性状态,分别将教学内容重构为女性与健康、女性与教育、女性与审美专题,女性与婚恋专题,女性与文化、传媒、就业专题。
三、课程目标
通过本课程的学习,学习者应该具备以下知识、技能与素质:
(一)社会主义核心价值观目标
1.具备自由、平等、公正、法治等价值取向;
2.具备爱国、敬业、诚信、友善等价值准则。
(二)情感态度目标
1.具备爱国主义、民族团结、社会责任情感等;
2.具备社会主义公民道德、社会公德和家庭美德意识等;
3.具备求实的科学态度、积极的生活态度等。
(三)职业素养目标
1.具备“真、善、美”的理念,使个性得到充分发展,人格得到完善丰富;
2.具备鲜明的社会性别平等意识、消除性别盲点、克服性别懦弱;
3.具备对性别敏感问题的自觉批判意识,拥有创新精神;
4.增强公民道德、社会公德和家庭美德意识,树立社会主义民主法治、自由平等、公平正义理念,养成爱国、敬业、诚信、友善的优良品质。

1.让学生知道女性在教育、就业、婚恋、健康等领域的现状问题;
2.能运用性别视角提出现实生活中的女性问题及原因;

I.CourseOrientation
Thecourseisanextensioncourseforcivilaffairsserviceandmanagement.Thecourseisaimedatrelevantpersonnelengagedinwomen'sworkincommunityandsocialorganizations,whichisdedicatedtocultivatingcivilaffairsskilledpersonnelwithgenderequalityliteracyandcriticalawarenessofgendersensitiveissues,andwiththehumanisticspiritofself-esteem,selflove,self-relianceandself-improvement.Thecourseisalsoageneralcoursesuitableforthemajorityoflearners.Itiscommittedtocultivatestudents'concernandsensitivityforgenderissues,sothateverylearnercanhaveapositiveattitudetowardshumansocietywhichisfullofgenderculture;promotelearnerstofaceopportunitiesandchallenges,confusionandconflictswithahealthymentalstate,copewithrichandcolorfullifewithwisdom,andfindakeytohappiness.
