元宵节晚上，我和妈妈去最繁华的街心广场赏灯。
一出门，只见街上人头攒动，许多商店的门口都燃起了熊熊的旺火。人们都围在旺火旁一边暖着手，一边谈论着。马路两旁的树上都挂上一漂亮的彩灯，一盏盏小灯如星星般一闪一闪，我仿佛进入了童话的世界。每家商场的灯笼也是各式各样，有长的，有圆的，还有自动旋转的。这一切都组成了一个喜庆祥和的元宵之夜。
我们到了广场，广场上简直是人山人海，广场的北面搭起了一个气势雄伟的宫殿式彩门，彩门上画着各色图案的龙，还有许多欢蹦乱跳的兔子，在灯光的辉映下，它们一个个形态各异，栩栩如生。广场的南面是一帘由蓝色的串串灯组成的“瀑布”瀑布上面镶嵌着几个红色的大字：“祝原平人民幸福安康”灯光一闪一闪的，瀑布仿佛地流动，我不禁为设计者的高超技艺叹服。
突然，只听“砰”的一声，我循声望去，只见一束火光冲向天空，继而绽开了五颜六色的礼花。这一朵礼花如号令般将所有的烟火都引燃了，整个天空顿时变成了又一个灿烂的舞台，五光十色，形态各异，刚看清楚这一个，另一个又升起来了，令人眼花缭乱。轰隆声不绝于耳，仿佛是千军万马在混战，在人们情不自禁的惊叹声中，元宵之夜的大舞台推向了高潮!
