我喜欢运动。运动可以使我精力充沛、可以使我思维敏捷、可以使我动作协调、可以使我身体健康，有了一个健康的身体，我才能够更加努力地学习。春天，我喜欢到郊外草地上奔跑、夏天我喜欢到水中游泳、秋天我喜欢爬山、冬天我喜欢在雪地里打雪仗;天气好的时候，我喜欢到外面跳绳、骑自行车，天气不好的时候就在家里跳舞。我不仅自己喜欢运动，还喜欢看体育比赛，特别是有中国队参加的比赛，每当看到我们的运动员拿到金牌、升国旗、奏国歌的时候，我和运动员一样激动。当然，我的运动主要是强身健体。

我爸爸非常喜欢体育运动，他希望我能够成为一名优秀的网球运动员，或者一名优秀的游泳运动员，可是我知道，现在我的任务是锻炼好身体，好好学习。妈妈说，学好知识才能更聪明地运动，而拥有健康的身体也能促进学习成绩的提高，他们是相辅相成的，每一样都不能懈怠。我要好好学习，也要坚持运动，我还希望身边的同学、朋友能和我一起学习、运动。
