活动宗旨
活动目的
提高同学学习英语的积极性,特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性。丰富学生的课余生活。为同学们提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台,共同进步。加深对英语口语重要性的认识。通过举办活动,为广大英语爱好者提供一个相互交流和学习的机会
对英语尤其对英语口语有一定的热情及功底。
如需背景PPT及音乐,请自备道具。
2)比赛规则:
由学习部组成评选小组,对参赛人员进行初赛的选拔。
初赛胜出者将参加由院里直接进行的演讲比赛。选出获奖参赛者
3)比赛内容及方式
比赛分两轮进行,初赛参赛决出前十名,决赛按照得分高低依次排列

车间结合自身生产性质和特点对安全生产月活动的开展作了详尽的部署和安排。车间组织班组召开了安全生产月活动动员会,组织学习公司关于开展安全生产月活动的通知精神,进一步统一思想、提高熟悉,认真按照车间“安全生产活动月”计划的安排深入开展各项工作。要求各班组认真学习和讨论公司“安全生产月”活动文件,同时认真学习《安全生产法》、《安全生产责任书》和《车间安全操作规程》,做到学习讨论有记录,大大提高了员工的安全生产素质和安全意识。
根据设备目前的状况,车间对4#整流变压器故障进行了彻底清查,于20××年2月24日-3月6日对4#整流变压器进行了全面检查检修,并对变压器做了全面预防性试验,随后对其运行状况进行了跟踪检查。并结合安全生产月活动,对4#整流变压器出现的问题进行深入分析,组织进行技术讲演。车间结合创建“学习型班组”竞赛开展安全生产月活动,认真做到安全生产、文明生产,确保生产指标、安全指标的完成,做到人身设备事故为零。严格执行操作票、工作票、工作监护制度。
车间在6月下旬对各班组进行了考核评选,对各班开展“安全生产月”活动的情况进行总结,结果与“学习型班组”评选挂钩,使大家对安全制度的熟悉由理论的硬道理上升为一种对企业、对个人负责的自我保护意识,提高职工的安全文化素质,建立了安全工作长效机制,进一步强化安全生产责任制,为安全生产打下了坚实的基础。分公司x车间通过此次安全生产月活动,提高了车间安全生产治理水平,加大了全体职工的安全意识,树立了“以人为本、安全第一”的思想观念,提高了职工队伍的整体素质,活动开展以来,无发生一起人身设备事故,有力地促进车间的安全、平稳供电,确保供风、供水质量。
同时,也为今后的安全生产工作积累了宝贵的经验,车间在今后的安全工作中将进一步加强安全生产教育,健全安全制度,落实岗位责任制,使职工在工作中始终能够把安全放在首位,为xx公司的改革、发展、稳定做出应有的贡献。
本次演讲比赛的筹备工作在本部同学的共同协作努力下如期、顺利地进入比赛的预决赛,之后,为扩大活动的影响力度,增强比赛选手的积极性,提高活动的质量,我部又接连举行了两次预赛,在我部部领导、各班班主任的大力支持下,在学生会的各位干部的共同协作下,终于在大家的翘首期盼下于20xx年4月28日这天顺利拉开演讲比赛总决赛的帷幕。
整个比赛在主持人认真的主持下;在精彩的娱乐片段节目的点缀下;在选手激情的发挥下进行的非常顺利,经过激烈的角逐,最终产生了一、二、三等奖,特邀评委精彩的总结给这次的活动画上了圆满的句号。
这次比赛不仅锻炼了选手的能力,展示了他们的才华,更重要的是使得我们广大的同学受到了思想上的熏陶,并希望通过本次活动能在同学们的心中留下正确道德认识。

一、活动目的
为了创造浓厚的校园文化氛围,掀起学英语、说英语的热潮,塑造我校崭新形象,特举办本次英语演讲比赛。
二、可行性分析
1、学校角度
(1)给同学们提供一次展示自我的平台,给同学们创造了一次互相交流的机会,帮助同学们提高自身的英语口语水平及在公众场合下的英语演说能力。
(2)丰富了学校开展的校园文化艺术节活动,锻炼了学生干部的能力,帮助学生会更好更快的成长。
(3)通过该活动来展示本阶段的英语教学水平及成果。
(4)通过这次活动来积累宝贵的经验,便于今后教学和活动的开展。
2、选手角度
(1)有一次展示自己英语口语水平的机会,有一次与他人交流英语学习心得的机会,有一次找到志同道合的伙伴的机会,有一次为英语而疯狂的机会。
(2)锻炼自己的心理素质和口语表达能力,提高团队合作精神。
3、观众角度
(1)为观众带来一场激烈,精彩的英语演讲比赛,带动全体中学生学习英语的热情,激励其学习兴趣。
(2)丰富课余生活,增长见识,开拓视野。
三、活动参与对象和地点:

四、活动简述
本次活动面向全体中学生,比赛为初赛、复赛、决赛三个环节。活动不仅能为同学们提供一个展示自己能力与才华的舞台、丰富课余生活,而且可以提高同学们学习英语的热情与激情。
五、活动流程
说明:初赛、复赛各班自行举办,每班选出8名英语口语、表达及综合能力较强者进入复赛,在复赛中选出最优秀的4名选手参加决赛。提倡办出特色,办出水平,推举优秀选手,以保证比赛质量。
说明:演讲主题不限,选手可在主题范围内自定小标题。演讲内容可涉及学习、工作、生活中的点点滴滴,人生观、价值取向,人与人之间的关系等方面。文体形式不限,可叙述、可议论、可抒情,但要真实,体现个性。语言风格要求生动活泼,有感染力。每人限时三分钟。
(1)、选手演讲顺序于比赛前一天抽签决定,参赛选手出场顺序按抽签决定,从小号到大号依次参加比赛。
(2)、比赛程序:
A、比赛开始:主持人入场,介绍领导,宣布赛制。
B、选手依次登台演讲。
(3)、比赛规则:
A、成绩计算:评委根据选手综合表现现场打分(评分保留两位小数),评委成绩中去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后的平均分为参赛选手的最终成绩。
B、参赛选手的最终成绩,从高分到低分依次排列名次,确定获奖等次。

7—9年级分A、B组设奖:A组:一等奖1名、二等奖1名
B组:一等奖1名、二等奖2名
七、工作安排和人员分配
总调度:(姚乾文)
1、宣传组组长:(姚乾文)负责制作和打印评分标准、评分表、总分表。
2、后勤组组长:(李平:杨婕、张春花)负责比赛现场的布置,观众席安排及入场引导,采购和保管纪念品、奖品、黑色粗笔和中性笔。配合其他各组工作,保证比赛的顺利进行。
3、计分组组长:(井万文:史志凤、芦洁)负责计分、计时。
4、评委组组长:(郭金贵:李花、吕海生、鲁宗云、张进财、郭金贵)
八、注意事项
1、提前通知所有参赛人员,若在比赛中,三次提示未到的选手,视为自动放弃比赛。
2、初赛各班选拔参赛选手要认真对待。
3、抽签做到公平公正。
4、各负责人及评委保证比赛时的秩序,在每场比赛前做好充分的准备工作,以利于选手在比赛时发挥自己的最佳水平。
5、演讲者到指定区域就坐,其他同学以班级为单位就坐。
6、评分要严格按照评分标准进行,最后负责人上缴评分原始材料。
7、选手进行3分钟自选题目的演讲,演讲尽量为脱稿演讲。

英文歌曲比赛的完美收官,标志着本学期的英语文化节基本告一段落。回顾我们几个月以来的工作,从“影响工大”到“英文歌曲大赛”,我们一起为之努力,也取得了较为不错的成绩,激发了大家对英语学习的兴趣,在全校范围内取得了很好的反响。
本次英文歌曲大赛,在节目形式上和选手表现水平上较之上届都有所提高,晚会的。整体效果达到了预期的要求,这和我们所有人的努力是分不开的。但是,有一些问题也是需要我们注意的。可能是经过一系列的活动,大家对工作都产生了一些倦怠,少了刚开始的那份激情。我们不光要完成自己分内的事情,对自己力所能及的事也应积极去做。大一的同学今后对待工作应该更加主动,大二的同学既不能什么事都大包大揽,也不能对一切事情都不用心,只有我们共同努力才能把一个活动办好。还有,我们还应有一个正确的对待别人的态度,大家都是在一起学习工作的同学,不能因为你是部长,副部,活动负责人组织者就不以一个平等的心态对待别的同学,对他人要有一个好的态度,而且做事时更要身体力行,主动承担。大一的同学,要有一个谦虚的心态,对不懂的事及时去问,对老师和比自己年级高的有必要的礼貌。
相信经过我们的不断努力,外语学院的活动会越办越好!

每当教师节来临的时候,我总会情不自禁地想起赵朴初先生写的那首《金缕曲·敬献人民教师》。词的上阕是:“不用天边觅。论英雄,教师队里,眼前便是。历尽艰难曾不悔,只是许身孺子。堪回首,十年往事。无怨无尤吞折齿,捧丹心,默向红旗祭。忠与爱,无伦比。”或许,这首词并没有完全道出为人师者的全部内涵,但我们至少从中感受到了赵老所赞颂的那种人间最伟大、最无私、最高尚的爱——师爱!
那么,什么是师爱?有人把师爱比作母爱,对此我不完全赞同。的确,师爱与母爱有很多相同之处,但师爱比母爱更加博大无私。母爱是无私的,母亲可以为子女付出一切而不图任何回报。但母爱往往只限于自己的儿女,这是无私中的自私。师爱则不同,她高于母爱、大于友爱、胜于情爱。不是吗?母爱容易出现溺爱,友爱需要回报,情爱是专一、自私的爱。而师爱是严与爱的结合,是理智的科学的爱,教师一生可以为无数的生命指航,这是最彻底的无私,它包涵了崇高的使命感和责任感。“师爱是清凉的甘泉,浇灌出智慧的花朵;师爱是明媚的阳光,哺育着生命之树;师爱是燃烧的火炬,指引着混沌未开的生命步入文明的圣殿!”
就在前些天,欧运熙同学不慎被玻璃割伤了手腕,身为班主任的陈凯老师知道后,立即将他送去医院,并陪着做完手术,一直到凌晨4点多钟。象这样的教师,在全国各地,又何止千万!是的,他们甘为人梯,吃也清淡,穿也素雅,面对大千世界,他们怀着一颗平常心,淡泊名利,像春蚕,像蜡烛,在平凡的工作岗位上,用青春和生命谱写无怨无悔的人生。虽然平凡,他们的脊梁却支撑着祖国的未来;虽然清贫,他们的双手却托举着明天的太阳。
如果说,上面所列举的这些人和事,是那样的平凡和微不足道,那么,全国各地那些为教育事业献出宝贵生命的老师们,就更值得我们敬佩了,他们用热血和生命书写着大写的师爱,是教师的光辉典范。在这里,我信手拈来几则报刊上报道的新闻。当飞驰而来的小轿车威胁着学生的生命时,殷雪梅老师挺身而出,用血肉之躯将学生扑到路边,从轮胎下救下了七位小朋友的生命,她却再也没有醒来;当重庆市开县发生“井喷”时,第一个发现毒气的谭世明老师为了通知附近的学生转移,自己和七个家人都被毒气夺去了生命;当克拉玛依市友谊馆的大火逼向上千名学生时,老师们奋不顾身地与火魔搏斗!绝大多数孩子脱险了,而36名教师的铮铮铁骨却与烈火熔为一体;20xx年5月12日四川汶川发生特大地震,德阳市东汽中学教学楼坍塌。
在地震发生的一瞬间,该校教导主任谭千秋双臂张开趴在课桌上,身下死死地护着4个学生。4个学生都获救了,谭老师却不幸遇难。网友木子发表了一首诗,其中一段这样写道:“你离去的姿势好美/美的让人流泪/你像雄鹰张开翅膀/守护住/未来的希望”。这些可敬的老师们,用自己的生命谱写着一曲曲师爱的赞歌!
最后,我用赵朴初先生的词的下阕来结束我的演讲:
“幼苗茁壮园丁喜。几人知,平时辛苦,晚眠早起。燥湿寒温荣与悴,都在心头眼底。费尽了,千方百计!他日良材承大厦,赖今朝,血汗番番滴。光和热,无穷际。”

看着那个书包,我的心里就有一种说不出的自豪,我仿佛又站在了领奖台上,那次英语演讲比赛给我的不仅有奖品,还有成功。
去年暑假,妈妈单位举行英语演讲比赛,妈妈给我报了名。
终于到了比赛的日子,那天,赛场上来了几十名参赛者,面对这么多的选手,我心里有点害怕了,很没有胜利的信心。可又一想,如果我现在退出,不就等于失败了吗?荣誉属于勇敢者!我在心里想了半天,决定参加了。
我是第一个演讲的,我流畅地把那篇稿子背了下来,简直有点不敢相信自己的嘴巴。接下来听别人的演讲,突然,我发现一个水平似乎比我高的小女孩,我顿时紧张起来,唉,她好像错了一个单词,又好像没错。其实她真的错了,只是因为我太紧张没听清楚。演讲比赛接近尾声的时候,我觉得自己的水平能得第一,别人好像没戏了。我突然离开座位,想找妈妈去报喜。走到门口时,我觉得自己不能太骄傲了,还是等成绩出来后再说,于是我又转身回到了座位上。
终于到了激动人心的时刻,裁判宣布:“本次比赛满分是十分,今天比赛的最高分是九点九八分,获得第一名的选手就是第一位演讲的葛李盈同学。”裁判的话音刚落,台下掌声雷动,我悄悄瞅了一眼观众席上的妈妈,只见妈妈站起来向我挥手祝贺,我看到她的脸已经成了红苹果,妈妈比我还激动。哇!我得了第一名!眼前的情景让我难以置信,仿佛在做梦。我狠狠掐了自己一把,哎呀!好疼!的确不是做梦!的确是我得了第一名。
我在观众的掌声中走上领奖台,手里捧着我的奖品——书包,还有获奖证书,在众人羡慕的眼光中,我激动得脸一下子红到了耳根,有点害羞,又有点想流泪。
这次比赛证明,获得成功并不难,只要比别人加倍努力,加倍用心,为了成功努力,向成功发起“攻击”,那么你就一定会收获成功!
