(1)Exemptionsandtransfercreditaredefinedanddistinguishedasfollows:
(a)"Exemption"meanswaivingarequiredcourseintheprogram,butwithoutawardingUBCcredit,inrecognitionofpost-secondarycoursescompletedelsewherethataresubstantiallysimilarincontentandrigourtothoseintheprogram.

(c)Coursescompletedmorethantenyearsagoaregenerallynoteligibleforexemptionsortransfercredit.

(c)InthePost-GraduateCertificateinRealPropertyValuationprogram,astudentmustcompleteatminimum9credits,withintheprogram,withtheDivision.
(5)Exemptionsortransfercreditsmaybelimitedforprerequisitecoursesafterfailure,accordingtoRegulation3.07(3).
