扫楼梯，看起来是一件很平常的事情，可它却给我带来了很多的感想。在放寒假之前，我们来到居委会进行见习活动，而我们的任务就是扫楼梯。
平时，我在家里就是一颗“掌上明珠”，很少做家务活，以致于刚开始扫的时候，有点无从下手。在没干活之前，我发现公用楼梯很脏乱，有一些废纸、垃圾，还有不少灰尘。我不禁生出一丝厌恶之情。然而，我还是动手了。我从上到下，又从下到上，来来回回的几次下来已累得满头大汗、有气无力。我看见三楼楼道非常脏，便连忙拿起扫帚和簸箕，小心翼翼地从楼上顺着楼梯往下扫。扫了很久，在楼梯上跑上跑下的，我的头竟有点晕，一不小心差点摔跤，我的心颤了颤，心想：不扫了。可是看看别的同学已满头大汗了，但仍在努力地扫着楼梯。我下定决心，要继续把楼梯扫完。人们都说劳动最光荣，我自认为这是让自己得到安慰的最好理由，边哼歌，边扫楼梯。
近年来,志愿服务精神已经蔓延在中国人中传播开来了,尤其是年轻人。据调查，2008年大约有170万志愿者为奥林匹克运动会提供服务。实际上，每年在中国都有越来越多的人成为志愿者。
