今天，我演讲的题目是，《尊师勤学，追逐梦想》。
在一串的校园里，曾有过我妈妈的足迹，她给我讲过很多让她记忆犹新的一中岁月，历数过好多好多老师的名字，她经常用那种感恩和荣誉激励着我。在高高飘扬的五星红旗下，很多同学跟我一样，我们的爸爸妈妈从一中的校园走了出去，他们以母校为荣，以老师作榜样，用知识和信心不断打拼，为我们建造了幸福的生活环境，成为我们生命的守护神。
而今，大家从四面八方走来，也荣聚在这所校园里。我们欣慰，我们自豪!
朝阳观下，广润河畔，人们把建始一中比作是培育英才的一方沃土。宽敞清洁的走道，四季常新的花园，碧如绒毯的草坪，绿树与群楼掩映，书声与水声同唱。而今，建始一中又将迎来她七十岁的生日，与时俱进的建始一中承载着丰厚的历史文化底蕴，寄予着五十万人的殷切希望。
社会在前进，时代在呼唤。同学们，时不我待!父辈的寄托，老师的培育，我们在这里接受青春的洗礼，从这里去追逐梦想。丢掉少年时期的顽劣，修正勃发向上的坐标;充实勤学苦练的本领，打造绚丽多彩的人生。我坚信，尊敬的老师，您，就是我们的引路人。
每天，英语老师一遍又一遍的重复着他的耐心;数学老师一轮又一轮的诠释着他的深邃;班主任老师一天又一天的叠加着他的执著和汗水。我们的老师，顶着晨雾组合一天的功课，身心竭力地传授知识;披着夜色送走每一个同学，无私无畏地倾注关爱。

我们生活在北京，北京的环境直接关系到我们的生存!
可是北京现在的环境十分恶劣，例如：空气质量差、植物少、污水较多、垃圾乱倒等这些人们不以为然的问题却足以带来毁灭性的灾难，例如：沙尘暴、洪水、地面塌陷等。
在此我呼吁大家：保护北京的环境就等于保护我们生存的家园!我向大家提出几条倡议：
1、如果出门没有急事，最好不要开机动车，多步行或骑自行车!这样可以保护空气质量。
2、多参加植树活动，并且少砍伐树木。这样可以让北京多一份绿色。
3、在我们排出污水时，我们不要排进河中，最好排进下水道中。这样可以解决污水较多的问题。
4、垃圾倒在指定垃圾堆中，让指定人员进行处理。这样可以不让垃圾对环境进行污染。
保护环境，人人有责。也许我们不能一下子改变北京的恶劣环境，但是我们可以从身边的一点一滴做起!
记得有一次，我在河边散步。突然看到一位阿姨在河边正准备把污水倒进河中。只见一位环保工人急匆匆地跑过去将她绳之于法(制止了她)，并且告诉了那位阿姨很多环保知识。那位阿姨一听，羞愧得急忙走开了!
不光是那位环保叔叔，就连我也当过一回“环保小卫士”。

有的人把青春比作一轮冉冉升起的红日，伴随着无限的希望，散发出无限的光芒。
有的人把青春比作一簇熊熊燃烧的火焰，闪烁着激情的火苗，舞动着青春的旋律。
有的人把青春比作奔腾的江河，迸发出自信的咆哮，流淌着青春的无畏。
有的人把青春比作翠绿的垂柳，拥有无限的柔嫩却又有着内在的坚韧。
诚然，青春就应当是一段充满了无限希望、伴随着火热激情、怀揣着一份自信、抱定一个信念——坚持不懈的人生。
如此的青春既然这么美好，我们到底应当如何去打造呢
首先，青春需要目标。沃尔顿曾说过：“远大的理想是开启万物的钥匙。”理想是我们前进的航标，目标是我们奋斗的动力。
其次，青春需要思考。三思而后行，年轻的我们是血气方刚的一代，当我们用冷静的思考去面对人生中的一切，还有什么事做不成、办不到的呢!
再者，青春需要努力。少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。年轻的时代，就是一个应当努力奋斗的年代，通过自己的打拼去积累今后的人生阅历，去历练自己。要知道迷人的彩虹出自大雨的洗礼，丰硕的果实来自辛勤的耕耘。
最后，青春需要有良好的心态。做任何事情都要一个好的心态，遇到了挫折就要学会坚强，因为青春没有失败，只要你再次努力。有一句话叫做“得一时淡然，失一时坦然。”
青春是一幅画，镌刻着瑰丽、浪漫的色彩;青春是一首歌，回荡着欢快、美妙的旋律。当我们用青春的激情，冷静的思考，执着的追求朝着远大的目标不懈努力之后，我想我们一定能够打造出一个美好的青春，一个无悔的青春，让我们的青春旋律更加绚烂多彩!
