自x年9月广东、山东、海南、宁夏四省开始普通高中新课程实验以来的五年后的今天,新的课程改革犹如一股沁人心扉的春风向湖北中学教育界迎面扑来。
通过几天的暑期集中学习,老师们逐步了解并接受了一系列新的课程改革理论,认识到了传统的教学模式存在诸多弊端,意识到新课程改革最关键的是实现教师教学方式的转变和学生学习方式的转变。然而,老师们普遍感到困难的是如何将新的课改理念转化为教师的课堂教学行为以及学生的高效学习方式。
藉此暑期集中学习的东风,我倡议全市高中英语教师开展如何践行新课改理念,迎接新课程改革的挑战,提高全市高中英语教学质量的大讨论。
讨论围绕以下4个子问题展开:
1、如何搞好初高中衔接?
2、如何面向全体学生,实现学生共同发展?
3、如何培养学生自主学习能力?
4、如何优化课堂教学结构,提高课堂教学效率?
针对上述问题,我提出个人几点不成熟的意见,起一个抛砖引玉的作用,供大家讨论参考。
一、如何搞好初高中衔接?
1、开展学情分析,搞好两个“摸清”,即:摸清学生知识底细,摸清学生学习态度和学习方法底细,便于开展针对性的教学工作。
3、作为高中英语教师,要了解初中英语的教材教法。在学生刚刚步入高中的初期,教学起点宜“低一点”,课堂教学的`难度不要过大,不要使课堂教学发生突变,造成学生不适应。对课堂教学方式的转变,要一步步地改变、慢慢地引导,让学生在不知不觉中适应高中英语教学。在课后要抓好单词的巩固和检查,对作业要做适量的补充,并有布置、有检查,对学生要严格要求,有针对性地查漏补缺,逐步地过渡到学生自立自主的学习方式。
