FollowingsomeofourUniversitypartners’advicethattheirstudentsshouldreturnhome,manyofyouhaveunderstandablybeenaskingwhereyoustandinrelationtotherentpaymentsforyouraccommodation.
WecannowconfirmthatifyoudonotplantocontinuestayinginyourUnitehomeforyourthirdUniversityterm(sofromafterEaster),thenprovidedyouletusknowbyFriday10thAprilbyemailingcancellations@unitestudents.com,unlessyouhavealreadydoneso,wewilltreatthisasareturnofyourroom(ineffectasurrenderofyourtenancyagreementwithus)andyouwillnothavetopayyouroutstandingrentalpayment.

答：可以，UniteStudents支持免费提前退订！

针对人群：
19学年已入住的同学，不准备在UniteStudents旗下公寓入住且不打算继续读semester3；
申请方式：
文件显示，如果符合条件的同学准备在复活节假期结束之前提前搬出公寓。
那么同学们需要在规定日期前通过电子邮件通知公寓，这样，同学们就无需支付后面剩余的租金；
但如果同学们决定复活节假期结束后，依然住在公寓，但想在合同止租日期之前提前搬出，则需要按照合同约定，找到承租人，否则学生依然有义务支付剩余租金。

答：可以，公寓会尽量帮大家协调，免费延长租期。
