一、学校介绍
无锡学院是一所经教育部批准，由江苏省人民政府管理、无锡市人民政府举办、南京信息工程大学支持办学的公办普通本科高校，其前身为创建于2002年5月的南京信息工程大学滨江学院。学校坚持社会主义办学方向，秉承“立足无锡、融入产业、面向区域、服务发展”的办学定位，构建了无锡学院、研究生培养基地、国家大学科技园“三位一体”的办学体系。
学校位于无锡市锡山大道333号，毗邻锡东新城核心区、无锡高铁东站、苏南硕放国际机场，地理位置优越，风景优美。校园占地面积1100余亩，建筑总面积42.5万平方米，是一所现代化的智慧校园、生态校园、人文校园和低碳校园。学校是江苏省硕士学位授予立项建设单位，现有在校本科生1.2万余人、留学生近300人，与南京信息工程大学联合培养研究生700余人。根据学校事业发展需要，现面向海内外诚聘外籍高层次人才。
二、招聘要求
2、身体健康，遵纪守法，品行端正，无犯罪记录。
3、拥有较好的团结协作精神和良好的学术能力，熟练使用英文授课。
4、博士后出站人员或博士毕业生年龄一般不超过45周岁，即1979年1月1日之后出生；副教授年龄一般不超过50周岁，即1974年1月1日之后出生；教授年龄一般不超过55周岁，即1969年1月1日以后出生。
三、岗位待遇
1、年薪20万元-26万元（税前），具体取决于资历和教学经验。
2、可享受学校提供的租房补贴2000元/月（税前）。
3、可享受学校提供的每年一次回国探亲国际旅费补贴15000元。报销标准为：无锡至其所在国的国际往返费用（机票为经济舱，往返费用金额控制在1.5万元以内，须按学校有关财务制度提供相应的票据）。
4、餐补及节日福利。

(3)Possessastrongspiritofteamworkandcollaboration,aswellasgoodacademicskills.ProficientinteachinginEnglish.
(4)PostdoctoralorPh.D.candidatesarenotolderthan45yearsold(bornafterJanuary1,1979);Associateprofessorcandidatesarenotolderthan50yearsold(bornafterJanuary1,1974);Professorcandidatesarenotolderthan55yearsold(bornafterJanuary1,1969).
3.Positiontreatment
(1)AnnualsalaryofRMB200,000toRMB260,000(pre-tax),dependingonqualificationsandteachingexperience.
(2)MonthlyhousingallowanceofRMB2,000(pre-tax).
(3)AnnualinternationaltravelallowanceofRMB15,000forvisitinghomecountry.Reimbursementstandard:round-tripinternationaltravelexpensesfromWuxitothehomecountry(economyclass,withround-tripexpenseswithinRMB15,000,mustproviderelevantreceiptsaccordingtotheschool’sfinancialregulations).
