“itwouldhavebeenharderformygrandfathertofindoutaboutinternationalnews,becausetherewasnoradioorinhisvillage.”

“inthepast,peoplewouldhavetraveledlessoften.”

其他词汇也可以表示猜测(perhaps,possibly,might,may,etc.)“i’mnotsurebut,perhaps,theymighthavestudiedlesssciencethirtyyearsago”“possibly,inmyfather’sday,peoplecouldhaveplayedmoresport.”

“howis…differentfromtwentyyearsago”

describeawatersportyouwouldliketotryinthefuture

youshouldsay:

whereyouwouldliketotryit

howdifficultitis

andwhyyouwouldliketotryit

cambridge5test2section3question24

listeningtobritishstudents’

languagebecauseof:

normalspeed

largeamountof……………………

而修饰可数名词的有:anumberof;many;

cambridge4test4questions24and26

q24:toshowhow……………grow

q26:toteachchildrenabouthow……………..ismadeup

problems:beenaffectedbydropin…………..

考题要求:writeonewordand/oranumberforeachanswer.

题目:

dateofbirth:…………………..

thenextmeetingofthesoccerclubwillbeinthe………..inking’sparkon2july.

在这里你可以说sorry,ididn’tgetthequestion.couldyousayitagainplease

首先:firstly,firstofall,whatiwanttomentionfirstlyisthat…,tostartwith,tobeginwith,foronething,myfirstpointisthat…

其次:secondly,inthenextplace,moreover,mysecondpoint(reason)isthat….

第三:thirdly,furthermore,besides

最后:intheend,finally,lastly,intheend,mylastpoint(reason)isthat…,lastbutnottheleast

最简单的就是so,because,如果想避免重复,使自己的回答更加出彩,我们还可以使用这些:dueto,becauseof,owingto,thanksto,asaresultof,inconsequenceof,onaccountof,inviewof,hence,therefore,thus,accordingly和consequently.

although,though,regardlessof,evenif,eventhough,aslongas,despite,however,inspiteof,instead,nevertheless,onthecontrary,otherwise,though,while,yet.

notonly…butalso,aswell(as),atthesametime,besides,furthermore,inaddition(to),likewise,moreover,worsestill.

ontheotherhand,while,whereas,incontrast,onthecontrary.

no,ithinkmenandwomenlikedifferenthobbies.

menlikeplayingcomputergames,ordoingsportsactivitiessuchasfootballandbasketball.womenlikewatchingtv,shopping,goingtoakaraokebarandchattingonline.

well,certainlythereareafewdifferences.

thefirstdifferenceistheoutdooractivities.imean,menarefondofdoingsportsactivitieslikefootballandbasketball.incontrast,womenprefergoingshoppingforclothesandshoes.

anotherdistinctionisthetvprogramstheywatch.forinstance,menarequiteintoactionmovies.bycomparison,womenaremorelikelytowatchsoapoperas.

比如:well,certainlythereareafewdifferences.

.enable(s)sb.todo

.thesmartphoneenablesustocontactwithourfriends.

2.sth.allow(s)sb.todo

.thesmartphoneallowsustocontactwithourfriends.

3.withthehelpofsth...wecan...

.withthehelpofsmartphone,wecanfreelycontactwithourfriends.

4.sth.help(s)sb.(to)do

.thesmartphonehelpsustocontactwithourfriendswheneverwewant.

hear(常用过去时,表示听过)

.iheardhervoice.

2.ihearof/about(hearof/about表听说)

.wefrequentlyhearaboutthesetypesofreports.

3.sound

.thissoundsimpossible.

4.soundlike

.however,idonotwanttosoundlikeahollywoodactoracceptinganaward.

2.looklike(itlookslike...

3.inoticedthat....

.inoticedthatmostacademicswerewritingpapersduringthesummer.

1.ithink/believe/suppose....

2.thinkof

.whatdoyouthinkofher

.itisagreatpleasureformetoattendthismeeting.

2.itis+adj.+that+句子

.itisimpossiblethatshebringsagifttoyou.

amnotsatisfiedwith...

2.iamdissatisfiedwith…

.iamdissatisfiedwiththecurrentsolution.

3.iamunhappywith…

4.idon’tthinkitisagoodideato

.idon’tthinkitisagoodideatosayitisgoodorbad.

can’twaittodosth

.ican’twaittojointhefootballteam.

2.iamlookingforwardtodoingsth

.iamlookingforwardtojoiningthefootballteam.

用flick/flicks代替film/movie.

describeausefulwebsitethatyouliketovisit.

ok,wellthefirstwebsitethatcametomindwhenisawthistopicwastaobao,whichisthechineseequivalentof.theresahugerangeofstuffyoucanbuyonthiswebsite.oneofthebestthingsaboutthiswebsiteisthatthepricesaregenerallyalotcheaperthanintheshops.imainlygoonittobuythingslikeclothes…
