二、英语口语怎么练有效
1、是提升输入：提高口语能力的根本，是同主题英语材料的海量输入，即海量地听和读。光大量输入不够，首先是说输入需要进一步达到海量的级别。通过同主题海量内容的输入，让学习者润物细无声地、被动地留意到外语的形式特征（即单词如何正确的构成句子）。这就是中国古人说的“熟读唐诗三百首，不会吟诗也会吟”。这个量要大到接近母语学习的量。每天4-8小时的听力和阅读，几年下来口语和写作能力都会有很大的增长。海量输入就好像是张一直撒向大海的渔网，不断捕捞丰富的海产。
2、是加强输出：提升口语能力的催化剂，是进行高效、有趣和实用的口语训练。
不得不先要插一段，请各位同学别走神。因为有些网友提出质疑，认为根本不需要口语和写作训练，理由是不少语言学书籍提出：“只要大量输入就能将语言自然提高到高水平。母语和多语言地区的孩子就是一个典型例证。”这是一种似是而非、不符合现实且相当幼稚的看法。因为：

第三、相当部分的中国人学英语带有功利心和现实目的。他们的学习干劲和激情需要快速明显的输出效果来维持增强；而学习动力是决定学习成败的关键因素之一；
第四、以实战为唯一黄金标准的国内高翻同传的专业训练，从来都不采用单纯输入的方法，而是同时进行大量刻意的输出练习；
第五、海量输入和适量输出本身并不矛盾。在充分听读的基础上进行口语训练，可以起到互相促进的作用。
