卡塔尔世界杯鏖战正酣，球迷们为各自崇拜的球队球星欢呼。有一群人不满足于坐在电视机前呐喊，而是要到绿茵场上去追逐自己的足球梦想。
在武汉三镇的不同球场上，能找到无数的“青山内马尔”“塔子湖C罗”“光谷梅西”“西大街贝克汉姆”……这些草根球王或许没有天赋和精力做职业球员，但他们用执着与热爱绘就了另一种风景——草根足球。

【1】小球队：既没钱又没人的佛系足球
“赞助啊，肯定是拉不到的，大家也都是为了锻炼身体，全靠我们自费咯。”陈先生是一支30人左右的小球队的队长，谈到经费问题时他有些无奈。
“光是踢足球的场地，平时训练每个人要几十块钱一个小时，如果要比赛包个场什么的就更贵了。大学里要300块左右，江滩最贵要500块一场。有的场地晚上还没有灯，而我们很多时候训练都只能在晚上下班了以后，能选择的场地就更少了。更不必谈队服、队旗等等的花费需要。有的时候一个月花几千块踢球都是有可能的。”
没钱或许还能通过节衣缩食来解决，但没人踢球是几乎所有民间队伍都面临的难题。
柯于锴2009年就开始和球友组队踢球，但成立这么多年，球队总是处在“一直有新人进入，也一直有人退出”的状态。退出的成员中，不乏一些球技很好、真心热爱足球的人。柯于锴觉得非常惋惜：“没办法，大家还是要生活。”
“80后梦想足球俱乐部”有着同样遭遇。
在这种缺人又缺钱情况下，小球队往往很难严格维持每周一次的比赛和训练，不少队伍干脆放弃督促球员，打出了“养生足球”“佛系足球”的招牌。
汉阳的一支队伍，在招人公告里写道：“不管是萌新还是足球爱好者都可以来，技术牛不牛扎不扎扎实都无所谓，我们只以减肥流汗为目的，开心娱乐第一。”

但足球的魅力毕竟在于它的热血、对抗、拼搏追求，把足球当作慢跑锻炼的运营模式，反而让一些球迷完全放弃了踢球。
92年出生的国企职员孙先生就是这些放弃踢球的人中的一员。
大学时期误打误撞进入了校足球队，从此对足球的热爱一发不可收拾，他觉得足球就是“我青春与热血的全部凝结”。毕业后，很久没有踢球的他偶然从同事那里得知单位有足球比赛，便毫不犹豫地答应了和同事组队，想找回酣畅淋漓踢球的感觉。
孙先生原本觉得大家工作确实都很忙，反正也就是休闲娱乐，训练的次数全看大家自己方便，没必要去争个输赢。但后来发现，佛系让足球变了味道。“感觉球踢好踢坏区别都不大，没有训练的压力，也就没有了进球时候的喜悦。可能是因为没有年轻时候的激情了吧，没有以前那么热血沸腾了。”
最终，大家逐渐丧失了积极性，退出了比赛。
江夏区百灵鸟奥体中心活跃着一支20人左右的队伍，他们从去年10月成立开始，每周六都能有队员积极参加球赛。
“大家找身边那些真正喜欢足球的人进来，队员的积极性就更有保证。”他们的秘诀，就是鼓励队员内推身边认识的人来加入，而不只是广撒网地发布招人信息。
“因为我们不只是球场上的队友，也是生活中的朋友、家人，会更愿意一起玩，对队伍会更有归属感，花钱什么的也就不觉得是问题了。

【2】大球队：为了提升积极性果断祭出“铁律”
作为武汉名气较大、有一定影响力的俱乐部，武汉永恒足球俱乐部并不担心球迷数量不够。但球迷人数多不代表愿意认真踢球的人就多，更不代表大家积极性就高。
永恒足球俱乐部并不是熊先生组织起的第一支球队了，以前的队伍都因大家积极性不高而解散，永恒俱乐部也或多或少遇到了相同的问题。
这自然也成了队伍管理最大的挑战，永恒足球俱乐部的招新布告中有一句简单而朴素的话，足以看出球队对成员积极性、纪律性的重视：“我们只要铁脚！逼逼赖赖的不要！打架闹事的不要！三天打鱼两天晒网的不要！装高手独来独往的不要！”
而在招人筛选之外，为了更加有效地整顿队伍风气，永恒俱乐部从创立之初就实行严格的“永恒铁律”：“一个月不参加球队活动视为自动离队”，“严禁比赛当天直接空降”，“严禁在俱乐部群内约野球”，“严禁比赛过程中相互抱怨、指责、罢赛”……每一条队规都有具体的负责人进行监督管理，多次违反队规的人将被踢出队伍。
按熊先生的讲法，永恒足球俱乐部运营的核心思路就是“不行走人，铁打的营盘，流水的兵”。
这样的措施在其他队伍眼中是很难想象的，业余球员件苛刻了。
熊先生之所以敢拿出“永恒铁律”，一方面是因为俱乐部规模已经很大，具有一定的知名度，不怕吸引不到球员；另一方面，熊先生还有更重要的考虑：与其降低标准让积极性不高的人留下来，倒不如营造更火热的气氛吸引。
即便队伍有对守门员的特殊照顾，门将依然是每次比赛最缺人的位置。武汉永恒俱乐部的会长熊先生表示：“说得不好听，守门员连滚带爬的，经常弄得一身灰，也容易受伤，大家都不愿意干这个苦差事。”
除了辛苦，人们踢球的目的也决定了很少有人愿意为队伍“兜底”。“踢球就是为了进球呗，大家都是业余球员，最让人兴奋的肯定是进球得分的时候，往往很少有人会看守门员扑住了几个球。为了高兴，谁都想当那个射门的人。”
正是这种“出力不讨好”的特点，导致门将成为了绝对的“稀缺资源”。
熊先生也绞尽脑汁，采取了很多方法来弥补优秀门将的紧缺。除了大家帮门将分摊场地费之外，团建费用、服装费用也都会有减免。实在找不到人的时候，让踢其他位置的人暂时代做守门员，也是没有办法的办法。

在他看来，临时门将缺少专门的守门员训练，往往比不过同等训练强度下专攻门将的人。“一般来说，挡球的时候手和脚哪个方便用哪个，但是临时门将因为没有受过上肢的力量训练，只能更多地用脚来挡。”

这些道理不难理解，但是对于草根球队来说，答案基本上等于无解。

辛辛苦苦几十年，一下子回到解放前。男足教练谈到了国足的未来，他认为中国足球崛起是迟早的事，但这需要一代一代人的努力。中国足协领导说，中国青少年有500万人踢球，中国男足20年后才有希望。

这样的佛系感悟和心态已经完全躺平，没有任何意志可言，让球迷的心哇凉哇凉的。什么是佛系就是一切随缘的一种生活态度。这是前些年的网络用语，不秀恩爱，不整天腻在一起，有事联系无事拉倒，一切随缘，大不了分手，这是佛系恋爱；没有特定的养生计划，想到了就保养一下泡两个枸杞，没想到就继续海吃贪睡，这是佛系养生；上课时态度温柔不对学生发脾气，下课就玩失踪对学生不管不问，这是佛系教师；对输赢抱着无所谓的态度，已经看破红尘，该来的挡也挡不住，不该来的求也求不来，大可不必自寻烦恼，反正还有后来人，拼那个命干啥反正也不影响我的高薪，这就是佛系男足。
佛系男足激发出了中国人强大的幽默细胞，很多普通网民包括知名大V开始了一场吐槽大赛：
网友A：你们不要揶揄中国男足了，这是一盘大棋，越南因为狂欢导致疫情进一步扩散，制造业也回流中国。男足就是国运平衡器。
