Selphie：对于有志成为老师的人而言，我们有一个非常严格的招聘流程。我们会对他们进行面试看其是否有教学能力，沟通技巧是否可以。当然，通过面试后，会有为期几天的培训，学习基本技能，之后，他们会变得熟练起来，但还没完，还必须通过评价指标复杂的演示课。之后才会被正式在我们的平台上推出。推出后，我们把他们交给资历丰富的老师，这些老师会在日常教学中不断指导他们。如果我们发现某位老师遇到困难，总会有质量管理员帮助他们，确定如何改进工作，这就自然而然地确保了持续不断的终端培训。

Selphie：在sino，我们有五星级教师，而在51talk我们有五A教师。教师应具备教学专业能力；教师应有资格胜任教学、具有亲和力；教师应有幽默感，热爱教学；教师应发音清晰，清楚表达自己，这样学生也能够更好地表达自己；最后，教师应乐于助人。教师应当以学生为中心，懂得如何因材施教。教学对我们而言最重要的是学生能很容易从我们这里学到东西。就像在我的课上所做的那样，我会试着检测他们的一个大致分数情况，然后就知道如何教他们，同时我会定制我的教学辅助工具。
