Thepurchasepriceforthebrokerageswas$80million(inclusiveoftangiblenetworth),payableincashonclosing,aswellasanearn-outbasedonfutureperformance.TheinsuranceagencieswillcontinuetooperateindependentlywithintheHubInternationalsystem.
