这两周我们还批改了同学们的批改作业时订正同学的错误特别重要在订正同学每个错误的时候要写上激励的评语让他们在改正自己错误的同时不会对自己失去信念在这个过程中我还发觉了大一同学在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题大体状况可以分为四类：
第一类：存在严峻的单词拼写问题许多同学也分不清词性
其次类：句子结构不清楚时态使用错误而且喜爱用中文思维进行写作
第三类：不留意标点的使用随便乱点的现象很严峻
第四类：同学态度问题这一类同学大多字迹潦草不仔细对待作业
这三节课让我充分体会了当老师的感觉这种感觉很好看着同学们对你渴望的眼神你就会觉得你有责任把他们教好
通过这次实习我还总结了几点关于教育的建议详细如下：
第一点爱好对于一个同学来说至关重要的必需把同学的学习爱好调动起来使他们在欢乐中主动学习课堂只要以同学为主充分调动他们学习的主动性和乐观性由“要我学”转化为“我要学”的教学方式
其次点老师要有急躁才能把同学的缺点订正过来而且老师要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛在教学活动中建立公平的师生关系把自己当成活动中的一员
第三点要注意鼓舞同学他们得到老师的赞扬乐观性提高了课堂气氛活跃了就会起到很好的教学效果
第四点同学对讲课的内容反映不一所以要注意跟同学们的沟通明白他们毕竟所需求的什么
从这次实习中我明白到备课在上好一节课的重要性因此我也对老师这个职业有了更深的理解真正的老师都具有高尚的师德和勇于奉献的精神品质他们就一群辛勤的小蜜蜂为国家的建设打造坚实的基石这次实习也使我学到了很多书本上没有的东西让我找到了缺点和不足让我增长了各方面的力量我人生中最有意义的一次活动在以后的人生道路上我不会像以前那样害怕由于在这次实习中我变得英勇成熟了在以后的人生道路上我也会时刻牢记着这段如歌岁月激励自己努力前进
以后的每次上课，我都会备好课：备教材，备课标，备同学。我先自己写好教案，写好teachingplan，与其他组员再一起争论，试讲。同时，在临睡前，其次天在去实习学校的公交车上，以及上课前15分钟，
同时，在教学过程中，我会刻意地去记住每个同学的名字，并叫出他们的名字，由于同学会觉得假如老师能记住他们的名字说明老师重视他们。而且对每个同学的性格、特点我都也许有所了解。不管是上课提问还是课后的沟通时，我是叫他们的名字。
我同时进行了两个月的临时班主任工作，深化同学之中了解他们的状况和想法，并准时与原班主任沟通，找出解决问题的方法。乐观预备并组织了一次关于如何学习英语的班级周会。并批阅同学们的周记，了解他们对自己的熟悉以及自我发觉的问题和进步。在课后，是同学的好伴侣，与他们谈心，从生活和学习等各方面关怀他们。
“每天早出晚归，一天的批改作业，备课，坐班等工作”，这就是我们的实习生活，真的很辛苦，大家都说我瘦了。而我所经受的还只是实习而已，与真正的中学老师相比，我们的工作量还远远不够。可是辛苦归辛苦，全部的老师都知道自己辛苦，还是有人为了这份工作废寝忘食，这又是为了什么呢？由于老师是太阳底下最光辉的职业，由于这份工作带给了我们的欢乐远远大与它带来的辛苦。看着同学能够敏捷地运用自己所教授的学问，心中的成就感油然而生。
两个月的实习现在回想起来,短短的实习生活感觉真的好特殊.尤其当我穿行在实习校内里时,那出自同学的一声声布满敬意的"老师好!"让我瞬间树立了为人师表的责任感和使命感,我很庆幸我们的这次实习,使它让我有了对生活的重新熟悉.让我们对抱负和今后的职业生涯有了深刻的理解,同时还让我们熟悉了许多可爱的同学和可敬的老师.一个多月的实习期间虽然伴随着不同程度的艰苦,但它使我真正体会到了做一位老师的乐趣,它使我的教学理论变为教学实践,"学问是永无止境的"在取得好成果的同时我时刻不忘超越自己,面对教育事业的满腔热忱将鼓舞着我不断前进.

OnlineEducationisconsideredasanewwayofteachinginChina,thoughsomecountriesstartedseveralyearsago.Thecapacityofthetraditionalcampushighereducationislimited,andthoughithasincreasedenrollmentinrecentyears,itstillcannotmeettheneedsofouryoungpeoplewhowishtocontinuetheirstudiesletalonetheneedsofmaturepeoplealreadyintheworkplacewhomaywishtoextendtheirqualifications.AndBeijingForeignStudiesUniversityfoundedtheInstituteofOnlineEducationtomeetpeople'sneedsforEnglishlanguagetrainingattertiarylevel.
Well,IhavebeeninformedwhatIneedtostartmywork.AsanonlineeducationteacherIshouldnotbeonlygoodatEnglishandteaching,butskillfulinusingcomputeraswell.Forinstance,IhavetousetheMicrosoftPowerPointtocreatealectureandevenhostaonlineseminarthroughtheInternet.SointhefirstweekIlearnedalotaboutthemodernteachingmethod.Also,Iwasluckytoauditseveralclassesbymyinstructors.Thisreallyteachesmeanewlesson.Theknowledgeandskillsweacquiredatschoolisnotenoughwhenwegettowork.Opportunityonlygoestothosewhoarealreadyprepared.IthinkfromnowonIwillbeverygladtogetchallengedatalltimes.
Toteachinsuchanewwayisactuallynotabreeze.Everyweekendafterteachingonlineintheweekdays,wehaveaclassroommeeting.Thestudentsaresupposedtoproposetheirquestionsoftherelativecourse.Theyworkveryhardintheirstudy,whichmeansIhavetobesofullypreparedaboutmylessonthatIwillnotdisappointthem.Therefore,everydayIforcedmyselftopreparemylesson:studyingthebook,goonlinetosearchrelativeresources,writingtheteachingplan,devisingtheclassandevenpracticinggivingalectureinadvance.
Istillremembermyfirstclassacoupleofweeksago.Iwasverynervousatfirst.Morethansixtyeyesstaredatme.Atthattime,Iwasstressedout.Tenminuteslater,Igraduallyrelaxedandgavethelessoncalmly.Itriedmybesttomaketheclassproceedsmoothly:offeringtheoutlineofeachunitinthebook,underliningthelanguagefocusandmajorpoints,answeringthequestionsandassigningthehomework.Allthestudentswerecompletelyinvolvedintheclass.Afterclass,mostofthemsurroundedmewithsmilesandthankedformywonderfulperformanceandsaidhowmuchtheylikedtheclass.Ifeltflattered.Inthemeantime,IsuddenlyfoundIwassohappytobeateacher.Itisreallyapleasurethatyouaretrustedandappreciatedforyourworkbyothers.Theyconsideredmeastheirclosefriends.NeverhadIbeensosurethatIwouldchooseteachingasmyundertaking.
FortherestofthemonthIkeptdoingallIcantofinishmywork.Notonlyforthestudents,butalsoformyself.Whenthepracticecametotheend,thedeanofthedepartmentandmytutorsgavemeahighvaluation.Asformyself,Itakethisexperienceasabeginningofmyfuturestudyingandworking.Thankstothispractice,Ilearnedaloteverydayandstrengthenedmywilltodevotemyselftotheeducationinthenearfuture.Myone-monthpracticingteachingisover,butmystrivingaftermyidealwillneverstop!
经过三年多的学问，在高校、我觉得我学习练习完全一样，幸好今年我得到一个机会实践教学网上英语补习教育中
