鲁班锁，又称八卦锁、孔明锁，是中国古代传统木作固定结合器，它起源于中国古代建筑中的榫卯结构。鲁班锁，不用钉子，完全靠自身结构的连接支撑，外观上严丝合缝，内部的凹凸部分啮合,结构十分巧妙，稳固结实。在中国的传统木作中，榫卯是一种必然会用到的连接方式。鲁班锁曾广泛流传于民间，它有利于放松身心、开发大脑、灵活手指，是一种很好的益智玩具。

中国灯笼又统称为灯彩，是一种古老的中国传统工艺品。灯笼起源于西汉时期，距今已有两千多年的历史，灯笼与中国人的生活息息相连，庙宇中、厅堂中处处可见。每年的农历正月十五元宵节前后，人们都挂起象征团圆意义的红灯笼，来营造一种喜庆的氛围。后来灯笼就成了中国人喜庆的象征。剪纸艺术是中国古老的民间艺术之一。剪纸用剪刀将纸剪成各种各样的图案，每逢过节或新婚喜庆，人们便将美丽鲜艳的剪纸贴在家中灯笼、窗户、墙壁和门上，节日的气氛也因此被烘托得更加热烈。

本次儿童工坊体验课程以“鲁班学艺.亲子活动之鲁班锁灯笼”为主题，结合鲁班锁的榫卯结构，配合剪纸的工艺装饰，制作一个蕴含丰富传统韵味的灯笼。让儿童在动手实践中接受中国传统文化的熏陶，培养儿童对民族文化、民艺的兴趣，提高艺术的审美能力。本次要制作的鲁班锁灯笼看似简单却凝结着不平凡的智慧，拼装时需要仔细观察，认真思考，分析其内部结构。活动注重科学的探究过程，儿童在制作和玩中学习，培养儿童的创意思维和创新能力。
ThisKids'workshoptake「Lubanlearningskills.LubanLockLanternforParent-ChildActivities」asthetheme,CombiningwiththetenonandmortisestructureofLubanlockandthedecorationofpaper-cutwork,tomakealanternwithrichtraditionalflavor.LetchildrenaccepttheedificationoftraditionalChinesecultureinpractice,cultivatechildren’sinterestinnationalcultureandfolkart,andimprovetheaestheticabilityofart.TheLubanlocklanterntobemadethistimeseemssimplebutcondensesextraordinarywisdom,itneedscarefulobservation,carefulthinkingandanalysisofitsinternalstructurewhenassembling.Activitiesfocusontheprocessofscientificinquiry,thechildrenislearnninginmakingandplaying,whichdeveloptheirpractical,thinkingandinnovativeabilities.
