以上是我对英语学科现状的一些感受,下面是孩子们的学习情况。从期中之前的情况来看呢,我感觉孩子学习劲头还是比较足的。大多数孩子上课时能够认真听讲、积极发言,还有一些孩子学习很踏实、很用心,绝大部分同学同学作业都能按时完成。但是完成质量高的不多。比如,我布置的默写单词、词组,一些同学根本就是抄一遍了事,没有掌握单词的拼写。要求背诵课文,有的同学连读都不读,这在第二天的课堂上都能体现出来。
第二个感觉呢,从我们期中测验卷上可以看得出,成绩不够理想。从卷面反馈来看,同学们的基础比较薄弱。单词拼写错误多说明单词背得不熟练,句型搭配、连词成句错的多说明课文不熟悉,而书面表达也体现了孩子们综合知识的运用能力还欠缺。最终反映出课后功夫下的不够。
今年学校同样非常重视六年级,对英语也是提到了要特别提高。所以,对于我们这一届孩子我们学校是寄予了很大希望的,作为老师我们也是满怀信心和热情。作为不经常使用的外语,仅靠课堂上的四十分钟是远远不够的,大量的读背默要在课外完成,这些也是英语学习的基础,对于自制力较弱的孩子来说,我觉得家长的督促尤为重要。所以在上次开家长会时我请家长们一定要做好督促工作。
1、每天的作业都记在家庭作业本上,请家长在作业本上签字。签字的目的,不是为了签字而签字,读,读了么,是不是跟录音读的;背,背的熟不熟。每天的作业老师指出的错误及时纠正了么。
2、默单词、词组不是默完就算,一定要让孩子对着书检查一遍,把错的改正再背会,才真正起到默的效果。每课的的单词默写,一般要求当天教当天默。这是符合人的遗忘规律的。效果要比过几天补要好的多,这样,在学校默的时候,学生就有底气,正确率高,这也是一次成功的体验,可以增强孩子学习英语的信心。
3、经常检查孩子的书,一是可以看出孩子上课是否认真听了、记了,二是督促孩子及时复习老师上课是讲的重点。

3、看孩子的试卷,不是光看看分数就完了,要了解孩子为什么错,是单词没记住,是上课没注意听,还有就是把老师评讲的要点让孩子认真复习。帮助孩子把试卷保存好,每次期中期末考试前把所有的试卷翻看一遍,专看老师记的重点和自己的错题是非常有效的方法,起到事半功倍的效果。
其实众所周知:学英语并没有多少技巧,也不需要多聪明,关键的字只有两个“功夫”!在这小学最关键的一年,我会在孩子身上下更多点功夫,主要集中在句子练习和书面表达这两个薄弱环节上,让到孩子们上中学的时候能轻松一点。

听了周娟老师和殷涛老师的复习课后,给我的复习课指明了方向,让我认识到复习课不等同于练习课,它应该是小学阶段的一次系统、综合性的复习。它要求我们老师要准备地更充分,花的精力要更多,我们要对小学阶段的知识进行梳理、整合,帮助学生系统地、轻松地掌握知识。
1.我的复习步骤是:
从4A—6B按单元进行复习,注重知识点的梳理和基础词汇、句型的掌握。
3.易错题分析和综合练习。这时教师应侧重于考前的指导和适应性的练习,要做到精讲多练,努力提升学生的技能。
总之,我们就是要在复习的过程中引导学生自己灵活的运用所学的知识,在运用原有知识的过程中掌握技巧,真正把知识内化成自己的能力,以达到复习的理想效果。

第一次在各位前辈和同行面前谈教学,心里有种班门弄斧的感觉,作为教学经验还不足一年的新教师,我只谈谈自已在本次英语考试方面的一些具体做法。这些做法很多是自己根据学生的实际情况而想出来的,可能灵活有余,但规范不足。也有一些是和别的老师交流后得到的。如果今天我所讲的有一、二点能让大家觉得有用的话,我就感到很高兴了。
一、试卷分析:
本次初三英语期中考试试卷总分120分。该份试卷紧扣教材,突出重点,注重对基础知识语法和基本技能的考查,试卷质量很高。
二、问题及对策
(一)问题
1、两极分化明显,初三(1)班最高分115分,最低分17分。因此如何有效地抑制两极分化,对学有困难的学生的转化提高,大面积提高英语教学质量,对我来说,任务依然艰巨。
2、基础知识和基本技能不扎实,学生对一些基本词汇、语法、句型的掌握不够熟练,也就谈不上运用了。因此,课堂教学中如何注重基础知识和基本技能的合理、有效地训练,应引起高度重视。
3、学生综合运用语言的能力不强,试卷中有许多试题要求学生在一定的语境中灵活运用知识独立解决。但考查的结果却暴露教学中的一个薄弱环节。因此,在平时教学中如何培养学生综合运用语言的能力应引起教师的高度重视,而不是单纯地讲语法,学生背语法。第二大题单项填空中,错误率较高。主要问题是对单词没理解透,平时讲过的语法没记住,不能灵活应用。交际运用27题失分较多,主要是上下文理解不到位。
4、学生的书面表达中中国式的英语较多,拼写错误也较多,在日常教学中如何对学生进行有效的写的训练仍是需要考虑的问题。书面表达中学生的主要错误有:
1)在句子翻译时不尊重原句的中文意思,改变了句意,句式结构使用错误;
2)不会用英语思考,用英语表达的能力较差,出现了很多汉语英语;
3)没有打草稿的习惯,导致思路不清晰,结构不分明,内容不知所云;
4)语言的基本功不扎实,病句较多;
5)有部分学生书写习惯不好,卷面不整洁。
(二)对策
1、抓好听力训练关。
注重培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的习惯,把习惯变成能力。加大听力训练量。在教学中不仅要培养学生的听力技能技巧,还要扩大听力资源,使学生能尽可能多的获取语言输入量,使其听力水平逐步提高。用好《初中英语同步听读训练》这本书。
2、循序渐进,加强训练,提高写作技巧。在课堂教学中,按“句———段———篇”的训练程序,由易到难,循序渐进。在平时的训练时,要分阶段进行,有内容,有侧重。让学生学会谋篇布局的能力,找准切入点。同时应加强辅导,帮助学生掌握一些写作技巧,认真学习英语书面表达“六步作文法”。注意书写习惯,增强写作信心,从而提高学生的写作能力。
考试已经过去了,但它给我带来的思考却时刻伴随我,教学效果不理想,我要克服困难,努力提高学生的能力,提高课堂效率。

一、试题基本概况及评价
本次英语考试卷面满分100分。整个试卷分两大部分:
1、基础知识运用(50分)。
2、写作(50分)。
础知识运用部分包括单项选择、情景交际、完型填空和阅读理解。写作部分包括词汇、句型转换、选词填空、看图写话和书面表达。其中客观题35分,主观题65分。
客观题包括:语言知识及运用中的“单项选择”(10分)、情景交际A(5分)、“完形填空”(10分);阅读理解中的A篇阅读选择答案(10分)。
主观题包括:情景交际的B(根据对话内容填入适当的词,5分)、阅读理解的B(根据短文内容填单词,10分);词汇(15分),句型转换(12分),选词填空(5分),看图写话(8分),作文(10分)。
此份试题命题思路清晰,且紧扣九年级所学内容,难度适中。大部分试题选自课内的内容,或与所学的内容有关,这样学生就能体会到学课文的重要性,从而促使学生更努力的学好课文中每一对话和每一篇阅读。试题的设计与中考题型相似,能使学生更清楚该读什么和怎样读英语。
二、试题评析
第一部分(50分)为基础知识运用。包括4大题:
第一大题是“单项选择”,每小题1分,共10分。考查特殊疑问词及时态1小题,现在完成时2小题,让步状语从句1小题,一般现在时的被动语态1小题,现在进行时1小题,考查现在完成时havebeento与havegoneto的区别1小题,短语运用1小题。短语或单词的区别使用3小题。主要失分是涉及语境题,学生没有正确理解上下文。
本大题的10小题考查的知识较全面,覆盖面广,重点、难点比较突出。注意了语言的实用性和趣味性,避免了对语法知识机械记忆的检测,同时,对学生的基础知识和基本技能全方位考查。
第二大题是情景交际:
(A)根据对话内容选择正确选项(5分),这部分学生完成的比较好,基本没失分;
(B)根据对话内容填入适当的词(5分),这一题学生错的较多,特别是差生。
第三大题是“完形填空”。共设10个空,每空提供了四个选项。主要失分是第9小题。此题设计的选择项主要考查了学生的基础知识与阅读理解能力。
第四大题是阅读理解共20分。A部分为阅读理解题,阅读短文一篇,学生做的很好,几乎没失分;B篇短文是要求学生根据短文内容填空,每空填一词,共10个空格,计10分。主要失分是第2、4、5小题。
此题失分主要原因是学生没有准确把握短文的意思,没有准确地把握题意,没有掌握好学过的词汇和时态的运用,也就无法填上正确的单词。
第二部分为“写作”。共5大题:
1、词汇(A)根据句意及首字母提示不全单词(5分),主要失分是第3小题。(B)根据句意,用所给单词或词组的适当形式填空(10分)。
2、句型转换5小题,共12空格,此题失分主要是在第5小题。
4、看图写话。此题优等生做的比较好,中等生时态和语序错的较明显,单词拼写错的夜较多,差生很多是乱写或空白。
5、书面表达(10分)。此题是要求学生根据提示写一篇作文,这一题的情况和看图写话一样。此题主要是审题。明确写作要求和目的。对于优等生应该说是比较容易的,但有35%的学生得3分以下。失分的主要原因有:
(1)部分学生的英语基础较差,句子不会写,导致少数学生只是盲目地抄袭一篇;
(2)不会审题。所给汉语和英文提示,其实就间接告诉了短文的内容,只要运用所学时态和句子结构,就能完成此篇短文。

Therearesomeimportantpointseveryspeakershouldbeawareof.Pleaselistentomecarefully.Firstofall,thespeechmustbefinishedwithinfiveminutes.Second,youshouldspeakfluentEnglish.Atlast,everyoneshouldpronouncecorrectly.Weexpecttohearthefluentexpressionandstandardpronunciation.

我把这个学期的复习工作分为两轮进行,第一轮为基础知识复习,在这一轮中,一要过好单词关,在单词的复习中,按词性归类复习单词,按词汇表复习单词,并把四会单词整理打印出来,要求学生能默写。二要过好词组关。三要过好句子关。重点句型也整理并打印出来,要求学生能熟练背诵并灵活应用。四要过好阅读关。把单词,词组,句子和短文作为一个有机整体,在复习过程中将它们紧密结合起来,合理安排教学内容,提高学生整体运用知识的能力。第二轮复习是后期进行模拟训练,了解学生的复习状况,做到有的放矢,查漏补缺,让学生熟悉考试题型,做到得心应手。
在复习的过程中,我特别注意以下几点:
1.重视四会单词的默写,平时让学生多背多默,教给学生一些简单有效的单词记忆方法,并让学生自己摸索发现单词记忆的巧妙方法。
2.阅读是学生的弱项,多数学生有一个通病,看到短文就放弃阅读,做题都是生搬硬套,瞎蒙。所以在复习过程中我特别加强这一块的指导与练习。在平时的阅读教学中,鼓励学生多读多思考,教给学生一定的阅读方法和技巧,让多数学生能做到独立完成阅读类练习。
3.注重复习过程中的趣味性,根据教学内容设计一些趣味小游戏和活动,充分调动学生学习的积极性,尽量减少学生在复习过程中出现的倦怠感,使学生在愉快复习中得到进步与提高。
以上是我在教学中一些做法和浅薄的看法,有说得不恰当不合理之处,请大家给以指正,并提出宝贵建议,谢谢大家。
