苏州工业园区德威联合书院是一所招收14-18周岁青少年的国际化海外教育学校，学校成立于2012年，秉承创始学校——英国伦敦德威公学的教育理念，专注于为学生提供具有挑战性、学术性的综合型教育方法。苏州工业园区德威联合书院以优化的英国国家课程为基准。学生在11年级结束时参加IGCSE全球统考，继而在高年级获得由剑桥国际教育评估（CAIE）和爱德思授予的A-Level资格。学校教学语言均为英语，使得每个学生都能受益于结构化的文化课程。

助理总监（教学）
毕业于宾夕法尼亚州埃丁伯勒大学，获得教育学士学位（BS）和宾夕法尼亚州教学证书。他还在埃丁伯勒大学获得教育领导硕士学位（M.Ed.）。他已在国际教育领域从事教学工作超过十年。
SimonJohnston
助理总监（住宿）
从事教育工作13年，在新西兰和海外的职业生涯中，他承担了越来越多的责任。他作为UWCEA高级领导团队的成员，受聘于该校，以发展他们的住宿项目和学生领导力。此前，他在新西兰的圣肯蒂根学院任教并领导多个部门，通过不同职位让他拥有了课程领导者和德育领导者的经验。除此以外，他还是UWCEAIB项目中地理学科的课程领导者。他还曾在新西兰担任过招生主管、国际学生主任以及住宿主管。Simon喜欢所有的体育运动、户外活动，并热衷于关于气候变化的行动

数学教研组组长
拥有超过15年的国际教育经验。他最近从巴斯大学获得了教育硕士学位（MAEducation），目前正在攻读博士学位。他还拥有约克大学颁发的数学荣誉学士学位（BScHons）和剑桥大学颁发的国际文凭教育证书（PGCE）。他曾担任过副校长、助理校长和国际文凭大学预科项目（IBDP）协调员等高级职务。Christopher对于帮助所有学生实现个人成功目标充满激情。

音乐老师，
音乐教学研组组长
毕业于美国泰勒大学美国，获得音乐创作学士学位；在李斯特音乐学院获得柯达伊音乐教育学硕士学位；并在墨尔本大学获得了教育学硕士学位。他目前正在完成国际教育硕士学位。曾在美国教授了4年，新加坡教授了10年，其中在新加坡曾担任4年的IBCP（国际文凭职业课程）协调员。在课堂外，Isaiah也活跃于音乐领域，是苏州儿童合唱团的常驻指挥。
JohanSwartz
物理老师，
物理和生物教研组组长
毕业于比勒陀利亚大学，获得了中学教育学士学位（科学教育）、教育学研究生资格证书和物理科学教育荣誉学士学位。他在南非教授物理和化学已有九年，并曾在阿联酋迪拜的EmiratesInternationalSchool担任IB中学项目和DP物理教师，2015年至2019年担任科学主管，2019年至2023年担任设计主管和STREAM（科学、技术、工程、艺术和数学）负责人。

毕业于威尔士大学，获得了陶瓷艺术硕士学位；获得了斯塔福德郡大学的设计学学士学位（陶瓷专业），以及伦敦大学金史密斯学院的教育学研究生资格证书。Lee已经从事教育工作25年，其中在英国18年，在哈罗北京学校任教7年，担任过美术主管，最近担任过助理校长。她还在伦敦大学学院获得了高级领导力国家职业资格。Lee是一位充满激情和富有知识的美术老师，也是一位经验丰富的教育领导者。

毕业于南卫理公会大学（SouthernMethodistUniversity）化学硕士学位，并获得了全额奖学金。他还拥有贝尔法斯特女王大学（Queen'sUniversityinBelfast）颁发的国际初级教育证书（PGCEi）。他曾在美国的一所排名靠前的高中和马来西亚的两所英国学校教授化学课程，之后加入了珠海德威（DHZH），在那里工作了七年，担任过系主任、年级主任、年级组长和学生领导主任等职务。Ben对于加入苏州德威（DHSZ）并帮助学生取得最佳表现充满期待！

ShankerBhatt
拥有超过25年的教育和领导经验，并在中国国际教育的发展中发挥了超过20年的重要作用。他拥有英国利物浦大学的数学硕士学位和以教育为重点的MBA领导力学位。他目前正在完成诺丁汉大学的教育博士学位。他曾是南京金陵中学国际课程中心的创始校长，中国人民大学附属中学（人大附中）创始高中校长，苏州湾外国语学校高中校长，以及北京潞河国际教育学园学术校长。他还曾是宁波诺丁汉大学附属中学副校长，以及宁波诺丁汉大学中国执行董事，为教师和教育领导者设计和提供培训及教育咨询项目。在来到苏州德威之前，他是南京外国语学校IB和剑桥中心的中心校长。作为学校的教师，他曾为高中生教授数学、高等数学、AP微积分和全球视角等课程。
YiLin
中文老师
毕业于上海外国语大学获得学士学位，并在伯明翰大学获得应用语言学硕士学位。她还拥有诺丁汉大学颁发的国际教育研究生证书（PGCE），以及中国对外汉语教学研修证书（CTCSOL）。自2011年起，Lin在英国开始了她的中文教师职业生涯，在英国和中国教授普通话作为第二外语课程，涵盖了从初中阶段到本科阶段的学生。
YusufCsabai
是一名经验丰富（超过20年）的A-Level老师，还持有MEI（MathematicsinEducationandIndustry）进修数学教学证书。他对自己任教的学科充满热情，具备数学家的坚实分析思维以及出色的IT技能，有效支持数学教学与学习。在加入苏州德威之前，他曾在MPW剑桥预科学院担任A-Level数学和进阶数学教师，为英国和国际学生授课。该学院是英国顶尖的预科学院之一，在Ofsted评级中获得各领域“杰出”评价。此外，他还曾在卢顿预科学院任教，这是英国历史最悠久的预科学院（成立于1966年），以卓越的表现声誉卓著，是英国排名前列的学院之一。
在开学前，新老师们都来到学校参加了精心安排的入职培训，旨在帮助教师更多地了解学校学生情况以及让教师深入了解学校教育理念，即德威教师不仅确保每一个学生收获知识,更具备今后在海外顶尖大学取得成功的关键技能。
学生安全保护为学校工作的重中之重，因此安全保护以及急救也是教师培训的重要环节。

暑假期间，学校紧锣密鼓地做着校园升级。设施更新、绿化改进、全面清洁等。其中，图书馆焕然一新，让这座“知识的灯塔”更具现代性。时尚的学习空间、互动式数字资源和舒适的阅读角落，为这个知识探索的中心注入了新的活力。
