一、学科概况与研究方向

江苏大学光学工程学科在2003年获得硕士学位授予权。学科以激光微纳制造、光电子器件、现代光学系统为主要研究对象,经过多年建设,已形成特色鲜明的研究方向,满足光电领域的国家战略和地方经济需求。
ThesubjectofOpticalEngineeringofJiangsuUniversitywasawardedtherighttograntamaster'sdegreein2003.Thesubjecttakeslasermicro-/nano-manufacturing,optoelectronicdevices,andmodernopticalsystemsasitsmainresearchareas.Afteryearsofdevelopment,ithasobtainedsomedistinctiveresearchfeatures,meetingtherequirementsofnationalstrategiesandlocaleconomicdevelopmentsinthefieldofoptoelectronics.
江苏大学光学工程学科在2003年获得硕士学位授予权。学科以激光微纳制造、光电子器件、现代光学系统为主要研究对象,经过多年建设,已形成特色鲜明的研究方向,满足光电领域的国家战略和地方经济需求。学科拥有一支跨学科跨专业的学术团队,学科成员由具有机械、物理、光学、材料、测试控制等知识背景的教学科研人员组成,分别从事光学工程中的理论研究、应用基础研究、应用研究、工程研发和成果转化等工作。学科初步形成了以60年代为中坚、70年代为骨干、80年代为生力军的人才梯队。本学科目前有教师21人,教授7人,副教授6人,讲师8人,其中,博士生导师6人,硕士生导师20人。拥有江苏省“333工程”培养对象、六大高峰人才、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”培养对象、国家优秀博士学位论文提名奖获得者。学术团队成员交叉的知识背景,激发了活跃的学术思想,促进了研究方向的交叉融合发展。
Thesubjecthasanacademicteamofmulti-discipline,multi-fieldandmulti-specialty.Teammembersareteachersandresearcherswithbackgroundsinmachinery,physics,optics,materials,testcontrolandotherknowledges.Theyarerespectivelyengagedintheoreticalresearch,applicationalresearch,engineeringresearchanddevelopment,andachievementtransformationinthefieldofopticalengineering.Thesubjecthasinitiallyformedatalentechelonwithcoremembersinthe1960s,backboneinthe1970sandvitalforceinthe1980s.Therearecurrently21teachers,7professors,6associateprofessorsand8lecturersinthissubject,including6doctoralsupervisorsand20mastersupervisors.Thesubjecthasthememberswhohasthetrainingobjectof"333Project"inJiangsuProvince,sixtoptalents,thetrainingobjectof"QinglanProject"inJiangsuUniversity,andthewinneroftheNationalExcellentDoctoralDissertationNominationAward.Thecross-knowledgebackgroundofteammembersstimulatestheacademicthoughtsandpromotesthecross-integrateddevelopmentofresearchareas.
本学科主要研究方向包括:
1、微纳制造与光电子器件:基于强激光与典型材料的相互作用过程,实现表面微纳结构和精密光电器件制造。研究强激光产生的多物理场融合环境,提出激光微纳制造的新原理和新技术。
2、现代光电系统理论与设计:围绕特种光纤器件、太赫兹传感与通信技术、现代光学系统设计等方面的理论和应用,开展光电器件的结构设计与特性分析,突破光电系统的现有技术瓶颈。

1.Masteringthebasictheoryandsystemexpertiseofthissubject,havingtheabilitytoengageinscientificresearchworkorindependentlyundertakespecializedtechnicalworkinthefieldofopticalengineeringandhavingnewinsightsinscienceortechnicalexpertise.Masteringaforeignlanguageandbeabletouseforeignlanguagestocarryoutacademicresearchandacademiccommunication.Competentinteaching,scientificresearch,engineeringtechnologydevelopmentandorganizationmanagementinthefieldofopticalengineeringincolleges,researchinstitutionsandrelatedindustrialdepartments.

基本学制为3年,最长修业年限为5年,原则上不允许提前毕业。

3.2培养方式

3.2.1实行导师负责制。导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,对研究生培养的全过程进行全方位针对性指导,全面负责制订研究生培养计划,指导科学研究、教学或者专业实践、学位论文等工作,对研究生的思想品德、学术道德有引导、示范和监督的责任。注重对研究生人文关怀。
3.2.1Implementasupervisorresponsibilitysystem.Thesupervisoristhefirstpersoninchargeofpostgraduatetrainingwhoprovidescomprehensiveandtargetedguidanceontheentireprocessofpostgraduatetraining,andwhoisfullyresponsibleforformulatingpostgraduatetrainingplans,guidesscientificresearch,teachingorprofessionalpractice,anddegreethesis,andwhohastheresponsibilityofguidance,demonstrationandsupervisiononacademicethics.Thesupervisorshouldalsoputhumanisticcareonpostgraduatestudents.
3.2.2学院加强培养环节的规范管理、全程监控。完善教学评价检查机制,提高课程教学质量。加强培养过程节点管理,强化学业预警机制,提高教育管理的规范化、信息化、精细化。严格学位论文开题审核、中期检查、论文送审等环节管理,强化论文选题前沿性、论文内容创新性、论文写作规范性。
3.2.2Thecollegestrengthensastandardizedmanagementandwhole-processmonitoringofthetrainingprocess,improvetheteachingevaluationandinspectionmechanismandimprovetheteachingqualityofthecurriculum.Thecollegestrengthensthemanagementoftrainingprocessnodes,strengthensthechemicalindustryearlywarningmechanism,andimprovethestandardization,informationandrefinementofeducationmanagement.Thecollegehasastrictmanagementoftheopeningofthedissertation,mid-terminspection,andsubmissionofthethesis,andstrengthensthefrontierofthesisselection,theinnovationofthethesiscontent,andthestandardizationofthesiswriting.
3.2.3鼓励研究生参加QS前200名的高校光学工程学科的硕士研究生在线课程、Mooc课程和微课等核心专业学位课与专业选修课,学科可累计学分互认核心专业学位课不高于3学分,非学位课程学分不高于6学分。

硕士研究生在学期间应参加10次以上学校组织的国内外知名专家学者的专题讲座、学术报告、研究生论坛等学术研讨活动,参加每次学术活动获得学分0.2分,参加学术研讨活动后须形成完整的学术报告记录,学术报告记录由学科或导师负责考核。

6.2文献阅读(不低于2学分)

根据《光学工程专著文献阅读指南》阅读至少1部经典名著和40篇以上外文文献,并完成英文文献阅读报告,学位论文开题前需进行考核并记录成绩,不合格者不得进入学位论文开题环节。在英文期刊以第一作者或第二作者(导师为第一作者)公开发表专业学术论文,并被EI/SCI收录的可视为外文文献阅读环节合格。
Accordingtothe"OpticalEngineeringMonographLiteratureReadingGuide",readatleast1classicworksandmorethan40foreignlanguagedocuments,andcompletetheEnglishliteraturereadingreport.Beforethethesisisopened,itisnecessarytoevaluateandrecordthescores.ThepublicationofprofessionalacademicpapersinEnglishjournalsasthefirstauthororthesecondauthor(thesupervisorasthefirstauthor),andisincludedintheEI/SCIcanberegardedasqualifiedforthereadingofforeignlanguageliterature.

研究生在学期间必须在学科范围内公开进行文献研读交流、学术研究进展汇报和专题研讨汇报,硕士研究生不得少于3次,其中英文专题研讨至少1次。专题研讨活动1学分/次,鼓励研究生跨学科研讨,专题研讨由导师审核认定。
