教学策略:根据本课时的特点,我安排了六个环节:

第一个环节让学生按老师的指令做动作来调整学生的精神状态,同时又复习了一些动词,为新课做知识上的准备;

在第二个环节中,通过复习旧句型“Whatdoyouusuallydoonweekends”,引出了七年级曾学过的频率副词usually和一些动词短语,减轻学生学习新课的难度;

第三环节,通过完成课本Activity1a和Task1来加强说和写的能力的培养;

第四环节出现了本课时的重点,因为句型已掌握熟练,这些重点内容——新频率副词的使用,也迎刃而解,再通过TaskTwo:Makingcards这一有趣的活动来加深理解;

第五环节,是我在教学中的扩展和延伸,在完成课本Activity1b和Task3的过程中,把学生们学习一般现在时态的难点,用对比的方式清楚地呈现给学生,使学生充分感知和理解,使学生在交际中对语言的认识得到升华。

在第六环节中,我安排了编对话活动来加强听说能力的培养,第二题是一个开放性的作业,在锻炼学生的综合语言运用能力的同时,又让他们学会合作与交流。在本课的整个教学过程中,教学重点内容(1c)贯穿始终,这是在教学实际中对教材的调整,由于本课教材没有涉及到一般现在时态的单三形式,而它又是中学生学习英语易疏忽的问题,所以我在本课做了补充。

形容词比较等级(Ⅰ)形容词比较等级的规则变化和不规则变化。本单元只介绍单音节形容词和少数双音节形容词的变化:

2)以字母e结尾的形容词,加-r或-st,例如:nice----nicer----nicest。

3)重读闭音节词尾只有一个辅音字母时,双写这个辅音字母,再加-er或-est。例如:big----bigger----biggest。

本课为听说教学课,教材内容围绕着询问职业展开,内容比较贴近日常生活,是学生比较关心的话题,易于激发学生的学习兴趣。仁爱版七年级上册的Unit3Topic2SectionA在本单元中起着总领下文的关键作用。本课通过谈论父母的职业,让学生从学会谈论各种职业中,掌握句型Whatdoeshe/she/your…do从而学会关心他人,同时使学生能够利用简单的英语询问职业,为下节课谈论工作的地点做铺垫。通过本课教学,进一步培养学生运用英语的能力,使学生体会到学习英语的快乐。

二.学情分析

学生在小学中已经学习过一些家庭成员称呼的知识,对于一些简单的称谓表达没有问题,但书写仍然是有问题的。同时,由于中西方文化的差异,中国家庭中的一些关系可能不好表达,老师需要做必要的补充。

另外,由于计划生育政策的施行,同学们的兄弟姐妹少了,这对于brother,sister的概念的表达可能有些不利。但是,中国是一个注重家庭的国家,本单元的学习会让学生了解不同国家的家庭结构间的不同。同时由于班级内可能有来自单亲家庭的同学,在授课时要注意保护学生,不要伤及学生的自尊,同时要注意培养学生的移情能力。
