全球中文学习平台是在中华人民共和国教育部和国家语言文字工作委员会指导下，由科大讯飞股份有限公司建设和运营的智能语言学习平台。
平台利用智能语音和人工智能技术服务国内外中文学习者，旨在建成“中文学习第一门户”，为学习者定制个性化学习方案，并进行实时的反馈指导，帮助学习者培养学习兴趣、提高学习效率。平台面向学前儿童、中小学生、成人、中国少数民族学习者、海外学习者等用户群体，提供多样化的中文学习资源和应用，集成了中小学语文教材和示范诵读库、少数民族国家通用语言分级课程、海外中文基础等多种形式的富媒体学习资源。中华文化特色专区，提供包括中华经典诵读、中国成语、中华诗词、中国书法等优质的文化鉴赏学习资源，帮助国内外中文学习者和爱好者了解中华传统文化，品味中华文学经典。
依托科大讯飞的人工智能技术，全球中文学习平台也设置了普通话测试、译学中文等模块，针对海外学习者，在“译学中文”模块学习者可以通过语音或文本输入其母语内容，实时翻译出中文并自动分句。学习者学习每个语句的标准音并录音跟读，系统会实时反馈评价，指出发音问题；针对错误字词，可以反复学习，直到掌握正确中文发音。
全球中文学习平台体现了智能化和个性化、公益性和开放性相结合的特点，融合智能语音和人工智能技术，能够为学习者定制个性化学习方案，并支持实时反馈，帮助学习者提升学习兴趣和效率。平台以提供免费学习资源为主，突出其公益性质。
