四、主讲教师简介：
王承祥，男，博士，东南大学信息科学与工程学院移动通信国家重点实验室教授、博导、******、IEEEFellow、IETFellow、IEEE通信协会2019-2020杰出讲师（IEEEComSocDistinguishedLecturer）、2017和2018年科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”。
目前主要研究方向为无线信道测量与建模、B5G通信网络架构和关键技术、人工智能与无线通信网络的融合等，他已出版专著3部，发表期刊和国际会议论文350多篇（其中IEEE核心期刊论文120多篇，ESI高被引论文23篇）,有10篇国际会议论文获“最佳论文奖”。目前担任IEEETransactionsonWirelessCommunications的执行编委会成员，担任过16个国际期刊的编辑或客座编辑，包括6个IEEE顶级期刊。王教授在17个国际会议上被邀请作大会主旨报告或特邀报告,在7个国际会议上做Tutorials，担任过30多个国际会议的总主席、技术程序委员会主席或分会主席等。主持或共同主持了20多项英国工程与自然科学研究理事会、欧盟、中国科技部、国家自然科学基金委以及工业界资助的项目。
