原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是临床上常见的一种获得性血液系统疾病，以血小板减少及出血为主要临床表现。目前ITP的紧急治疗和一线治疗药物选择已经很明确。然而经过一线治疗后不少病人很难获得持久反应或不能耐受药物的副作用。这时需选择二线药物来治疗，而二线药物种类较多、价格也昂贵。所以ITP二线治疗方案的选择对临床医师来说还是比较困惑的问题。
