摘要:本研究提出了亟需进行区域国别高端外语人才培养的倡议。首先,从国际层面、国家层面和学校层面分析了区域国别高端外语人才培养的必要性和紧迫性;其次,提出了三种典型的区域国别高端外语人才培养的国际模式:美澳的海外浸入式实习模式、俄英的大文科跨学院模式、日韩的全方位世界通识教育模式;再次,在界定区域国别学概念和特征的基础上,剖析了我国进行区域国别高端外语人才培养研究的内容维度、具体步骤和重要意义。本文提出了从需求分析、战略对接、现状分析、目标定位、整体架构、学科定位、专业设置、课程体系、教材体系、师资队伍、评价体系、质保体系和人才能力指标体系等多维度实施区域国别高端外语人才培养的研究模型。
Abstract:Thisstudyputsforwardtheurgentneedstocultivateadvancedforeignlanguagetalentsofareastudies.Firstly,itanalyzesthenecessityandurgencyfromtheinternational,nationalanduniversitylevels.Secondly,threeinternationaltypicalcultivatingmodelsofadvancedforeignlanguagetalentsofareastudiesareproposed:theoverseas-immersionpracticemodeloftheUnitedStatesandAustralia,theinter-collegemodeloftheliberalartsinRussiaandBritain,theall-roundworldgeneraleducationmodelofJapanandKorea.Thispaperanalyzesthecontents,stepsandsignificanceoftheresearchonthecultivationofadvancedforeignlanguagetalentsofareastudiesinourcountry.Thispaperalsoputsforwardamulti-dimensionalresearchmodelofthetalentscultivationfromtheperspectivesofneeds,strategy,statusquo,goal,framework,discipline,major,curriculum,teachingmaterial,teachingstaff,evaluation,qualityassuranceandtalentcapabilityindexsystem.
